Ordered my Decleor aroma cleanse Sunday, received an email Monday to say dispatched & arrived Today, Tuesday. What more could I ask for! Also best price on the internet.

Really quick delivery & very good value. The packaging is a bit dodgy, one of the bottles had slightly leaked & spoilt the box so it wouldn't have been suitable as a gift. Other than that it was a bit of a bargain.

Ordered defilift collection.Hole in the bag & creams well out of date.The face cream was so old it had congealed in the pot.

Still awaiting a reply.

I order some products on their site for more than 100£. I paid with pay pal and they took the money on the moment. They didn't confirm my order and when I spoke with them on phone they said that it will be all settled the next day.

It never happened. I sent them an email and got no answer. I'm gonna try to see if pay pal will send me the money back, but I'm very disappointed, take my word don't buy from them.

I was very disappointed with the standard of the packaging which resulted in damage to the box for my item.

The item was packed in a 'jiffy' type bag with no other protection. I

did not have time to send the item back for a replacement - it was a gift

for a friend's birthday and so was extremely disappointed

that I had to give the gift in a damaged box.

Emailed to complain but heard nothing.

Will never use again - this company is on my black list!!!!!!!!!!

Hi i have read all the bad reviews, and to be honest i was worried, but my favourite online shop for the last five years was out of stock and Christmas is coming so i took a chance, it all worked out fine 10/10 for the product but 4/10 for packaging open but the perfume was not damaged, arrived in two days so happy hope this helps someone.

Ordered a gift set from them weeks ago and still waiting for it to arrive! Have asked for updates on where the products are and don't get responses!!! The package is probably never going to arrive and I'll probably not get a refund when I spent close to £35-£40!

I bought a face cream for £60... Never arrived! I contacted this company about missing delivery, they only said i should contact a delivery company which is Hermes- totally irresponsible company as well! I contacted them too...I was told my package was delivered and thats it!

I opened a paypal case, which was in the end declined. They provided a fake signature and the case was closed. No will to co operate ! Never recommend!

This company is under investigation because of advertising products that are 'not fit for purpose' and are 'falsely advertising' products as new when in fact they are 3 years old! The managing director is DR CLAY also operating under BeautyEnhancement ..... If you want a good service and cheap products that ARE in date use ALLBEAUTY.COM

No product was ever sent and all emails were ignored. An absolute nightmare!!
