Poor On Line Service
I made an order on line, within minutes I realized the address was out of date. I contacted boots with no option to correct the address. The on line assistant of no use. I have access to the old address so how do I retrieve my order. Appalling service

Can't Believe I Have Come To Use My Boots Card And
can't believe I have come to use my boots card and they have taken more than £40 worth of points off me. I use it for Christmas presents each year. I shall no longer be using boots a gain. That was my money that earned last year.

Absolutely disgusting service from boots online after ordering over £150 of aftershaves it was never delivered and they can’t even be bothered to investigate it! Avoid this company like the plague guys!!

Awful Customer Care I Am Out £60 For Lost Parcel
After ordering online a beauty gift set at £60 i waited for its arrival after a week or two i called customer service to be told it was delivered to an address in Edinburgh , when i live in Glasgow
They said an investigation would take place with royal mail as the delivered address was vague
I called back after two weeks as i didnt get the email i was promised, to be told the parcel was somewhere in Edinburgh and i put the address into the online order
Which i have no idea where it is only somewhere near the airport, and that they wouldn’t credit my £60 it was my fault
What can i do to get a refund ? Surely Boots could refund my lost parcel
I am at my wits end with this
I can not afford to lose £60 this item was a gift for my daughters birthday

Absolute Joke
I purchased breast pumps for £120 on 17th April. One is faulty, I returned them to boots to be informed I'd sent it to the wrong place as it should be returned to the manufacturer. I have held my hands up on that part. However despite proof of postage and tracking saying the item was received they won't return it or give me my money back. They've literally swiped the parcel!

Appalling Behaviour From Staff
I was in boots in Swansea quadrant today around 16.45 and what I witnessed from a member of staff was absolutely appalling.
He was a young boy,very tall with quite a lot of makeup on.
He was marching through the store swinging his arms around, barging through customers swearing and shouting obscenities.
He then went on to either kick or slam through a double door still screaming that he's (more swear words) quit.
It was an overall terrifying experience!
Iv worked in retail myself and on cosmetics,in David Evans and Debenham I know this kind of behaviour is not acceptable.
I shop in boots quite regularly and if or when I come in again if he's there I will be emailing a area or regional manager to make a formal complaint and to ask why he's still allowed to work there after that disgusting display
Myself and other customers left with no purchase because of how intimidating the situation was

I’ve just had a 2 year review of my Phonak hearing aids and I have to say I am delighted with the after sales customer care.
I did not expect a full hearing test and a software update, resulting in an accurate update of my programs. Moreover, the hearing care specialist took a lot of time and trouble to get things just right.
I felt welcome and unhurried. Great service, thanks!

Pharmacy Manager Behaviour
The pharmacy manager demonstrated a mere dishonesty during our interactions, further eroding trust.
Encountering a manager in this position who demonstrates such apathy towards their responsibilities and the well-being of others is disheartening. In summary, my interaction with this person was profoundly unsatisfactory, and I would advise caution to others considering his services. My intention is purely constructive, with no personal or malicious motives. I hope this review serves as a reminder of the importance of professionalism, competence, and empathy within this field.

Boots "don't Take Complaints"
What on earth has happened to Boots?
Ordered an expensive IPL device on 21/03.
Dispatched 22/03. Both tracking and Royal Mail confirmed never received by RM.
Emailed to Boots 02/04 to be told "I've processed a replacement order and you will receive a confirmation email shortly".
Emailed Boots again on 03/04 to chase confirmation to be told "Please be advised that it can take up to 21 days for the investigation to be completed. I can advise that a replacement has been initiated and you will receive a confirmation email once it is passed by our internal team."
Every interaction contradicts the last!
Called to make a complaint and query why I have to be £250 out of pocket for 21 days plus the 13 days since I ordered - advisor was disinterested and said they couldn't resolve any quicker and that they have no complaints team or way to make a complaint, they "only take feedback" Surely it isn't lawful to withhold a customers money due the retailers error? Any other company allows 7 days then pursues the carrier and refunds the customer while this is ongoing because the error has nothing to do with the customer.
I will be pursuing a charge acknowledgement through my paypal.

Don't go unless you are OK with the name of your drug being discussed unexpectedly by the person dispensing it - so others in queue could hear. Not discreet!
