Item ordered but not in stock. Money returned via paypal but no communications from the Essential Fragrances at all. Buy a lot of things on line and this poor customer service is not acceptable these days.

I ordered from essential fragrance for the first time last week to find there website to be very easy to use, the products were well packed when arrived. I ordered on thursday and it arrived today (monday). I liked the fast delivery and easy website. I was well looked after with emails to confirm everything and was provided with a tracking number for the postage which is something the others dont use. I love my perfume and found this company to offer a great customer service unlike the rest and there quite cheap.

I brought from Essential Fragrances last week and i have got to review them. The website is great, so easy to use, everything is a click away. The products are so much cheaper then the high street shops aswell. Delivery is free and it arrived next day. The internet is amazing!
