I will say I am thoroughly impressed especially since this is synthetic hair. I have only worn the hair a few days but I received several compliments. I hope the curls and hair last longer than most synthetic wigs. I do wish there were color options for choosing the lace. This particular lace is lighter however it isn’t extremely noticeable. The wig is also longer than I expected but I really do love it.

Thank you so much! The one disappointed thing is that the shipping time is a little longer than I expected. However, they explained to me later that I just catched the May 1st Labour Day holiday, as a results, the shipments delayed several days. This can be forgivable.

I ordered a wig on Feb 13,2014 and received it on Mar 11, 2014. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. Once I contacted PayPal the wig was shipped. It arrived express service 2 working days after PayPal contacted them; go figure! The wig is neither the color or style that I ordered & it seems more synthetic than human hair. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I ordered a Racquel Welsh wig for $195, they shipped a horrible wig you would not let your child wear on Halloween, the packing slip even stated the price of the wig was $36. They will not refund my money even though they shipped the wrong wig and I sent it back to the company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I received my order Wednesday of last week. It has been well worth the wait! I had to email you to tell you how delighted and pleased I am with the wig. The color is perfect, the fit is perfect and the hair quality is absolutely stunning!! It's every thing I hoped it would be and more!
