Terrible.
Contacted through phone and email. No response. Not even a good number.
Never heard back. Only wanted to know if my order was coming or if I could get a refund since they already took the money out.
Have yet to hear back. Opened a PayPal case.

I spent over £85 with this company on the 10th & 12th July, they took my money on the days i ordered the items but my orders are still showing as 'Preperation in Progress' even though 9 out of the 11 items i ordered are still showing as in stock. I have e-mailed them 3 times, i did actually get a response the first time to say some items were out of stock but since then they have just ignored me. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs as it seems as if they advertise items which they do not have and their customer service and after sales is appalling.

Don't Touch!
Ordered items, did not arrive. Payment has already gone from my account. Emailed, no response. Tried 3 different numbers before I got through. Told items were out of stock, but may arrive in next few days. Couldn't explain why website hadn't reflected this at the time of ordering - showed items as being in stock, allowed me to order and pay for them.
Then told that actually they may not be getting any more of these items on their delivery anyway as not sure if they can get anymore!
Seriously thinking this is a sham, taking money for items they don;t have. Considering reporting.

I've used this company a number of times over the years and the service that I've received recently has steadily gone down-hill to the point that I am leaving this review to warn other potential shoppers against using them.
I placed a substantial order with them over a week ago, I paid my money and received a confirmation email but nothing has been delivered. I logged into my account and saw that the status was still 'pending processing' which made me assume that there had been a 'blip' in the system somewhere, but this also made me wonder what other recent reviews there were out there for them.
After reading some of these horrendous reviews, I sent them an email asking for an explanation for the delay in my order and I received the same response as a number of other customers have, placing the blame and citing "supplier issues"!
What I find really galling is that nowhere on their website do they state that they don't hold the stock, they'll happily take your money and sit on it until you contact them, and then blame someone else for their lack of customer service!
A reputable company should be advising their customers if they don't have everything in stock themselves and they have to order them separately to fulfil your order, that way it's then Customer choice if they decide to place and order and take that chance.
Needless to say, I've asked for an immediate refund of the monies that I've paid which should also include any financial gain that they have received from my money being in their account and not mine. I've unsubscribed from their business and will never use them again.
I suggest you don't even start to use them!

Where do I start??!! I have been waiting for a product since the end of June. This was apparently sent and received twice, however I have never received a thing. I have contacted them on at least 15 occasions to attempt to get this resolved but have been met with unapologetic, accusatory and very sporadic responses. Implying I'm lying etc. I have reported this company to PayPal, trading standards and action fraud. The value of my order was only £10 but it's the principle of the matter. I don't expect to pay for something I never receive, then to be left guessing as to when, or even if, this company will ever reply. Vile, disgusting and will never use again.

I Wonder If My Items Orderered Will Ever Arrive ?
I made an order of perfumes for about 102 gbp the 6 of july. When I contacted their customer service the 15 of july (and with a copy to their supervisor) I got a reply that some of my items were late from suppliers. All my items were shown in stock at their webbsite.
The latest news is that they hope it will arrive this week ??
Since I´m going for a long vacation next week i mailed them to deliver to my vacation address in stead. I´m really very disappointed.

I ordered perfume from this company and it was fake, I asked if I could return and they agreed and gave me the return address, I returned the goods and they didn't send me a refund and ignored all my emails. Disgraceful company, one to be avoided.

i ordered a perfume on the 7th of january and still have not recived the item over three weeks later but they have taken the money for the item.when i phoned them they said they were out of stock which should have noted when i odered the item also the person i spoke to on phone did not seem botherd i for one will never use this company again

I ordered about 3 months ago and never got my perfume. I wrote email to customer care and they did not even bother to reply. Mark my words, you better donate this money to charity cause you will never see anything from them

A Joke.
This website is a joke took well over a month nearly 2 months to come in the post. Also I payed £8 for a perfume which was priced at 49p in another shop.. Absolute rip off!
