I´m a massage therapist with more than 10 years experience and I make handmade skincare, so working with oils and aromatherapy is pretty familiar to me. One of the oils I received was clearly rancid. The color and smell of arnica and rosehip oils showed that they are very bad quality. I sent them an email explaining the reasons why I wanted a refund for some of the products. I sent pics that showed the color of the oils..etc and asking how I could send the products back, because obviously I won´t use them. Their reply didn´t show any intention to help and of course they won´t give me a refund or any other solution. So 28 pounds directly to the rubbish. I don´t recommend this company to anybody, either for personal use or skin formulations

Very poor service! No delivery made - very disappointed!

I placed the order on 23rd November and am still waiting for delivery.

It is not possible to contact the company as their phone is different to the one on the website and is disconnecting. The chat is not working and they disconnect you without finishing the subject.

During the chat they told me that my parcel was delivered, I was given different tracking number to the one that is under MyOrders on the site. They told me that it was delivered to my neighbours - which one??? they don't know and there is no details on the tracking, no card left.

I am still waiting to have a delivery to MY ADDRESS not any neighbour (if I wish to give a different delivery address I would have done it myself).

Please avoid - it is impossible for someone to get in touch. They took my e-mail address via chat few times - no one bothered to get in touch. They have my phone number - no one bothered to get in touch.

This is my first and the last purchase.

I found this site by accident whilst looking for something else . . . after reading some of the comments made I can only use the vernacular for our Scottish readers, Some of them are pish !! I have had oils bought 'for me' I have purchased oils myself and I can say hand on heart . . . I've received my oils in First Class Condition, and at a reasonable price, and I will continue to use Naturally Thinking!! Any time I have phoned they have been nothing but polite and helpful . . . My partner found them on an internet search and I've never looked back or been disappointed with ANYTHING so far ( and this has been a few years now)

Keep up the good work Naturally Thinking, I'll be putting an order in soon.

Bad service and never reply to emails.

I buy my bottles to make up essences for my clients..... at times my stock can run low quickly and I require the order to arrive as soon as possible. Yesterday I placed an order and by 12.00 noon it arrived. The postage was free. I was so delighted that I want to share this review with everyone. I find the web site easy to use and really the prices are excellent.

This is now my third order and the more I use this company the more I am satified.

I have been looking for witch hazel without the alchohol and this is perfect. Thanks. The rose and glycerin was wonderful. Friends love it.

What a delightful company to deal with. Having run into problems with online ordering I contacted them by phone and some lovely person sorted out my order for me with great kindness and humour. It was dispatched promptly and arrived three days later. I received emails updating me about the progress of the order.

According to the recipient the goods were well packaged and the oils are high quality. With her own interest in Veganisn, she was pleased that the company are Vegan friendly

I have been buying my oil and product from naturallthinking for a year know.The quality and the price of the oil are excellent.Quality of the oil and price i dont think i can get it from any were else.They have alway delivered my goods on time,also informed me by email.Also regarding to any quetion or enquires i emailed to them about there products or called them on the phone.They have alway replied back with kind regard.i am very happy with the customer service and the excellent quality oil.I will be alway buying my jojoba oil and other products from them for life.
