Negative Experience...
Negative experience here. Pharmacy First sent me a lesser alternative product; then refused to allow me to return it and chose conflict. They seemed to think their opinion mattered more than the manufacturers specifications. Had to resort to asking PAYPAL to intervene. Will NOT be ordering from these guys ever again.
Time Waster - Dissatisfied
NOT HAPPY - TIME WASTER.
I place my order on 5th February 2017 using first class (which is the fast service available on this website) and still waiting on 9th Feb for item to arrive. I haven't received any order acknowledgement or any communication. I am not happy with their services.
Update 14th February 2017
After writing review here and making a complaint on website and calling the company, I was told that my street address is missing, which I provide them over the phone and I will told that my item sill be delivered on 11th Feb (sat) on latest by 13 Feb (mon).
I did not received anything till 13th Feb and hence decided to send them another email telling them how bad their services are and how unhappy I am.

It is not our responsibility to ensure that your address was entered correctly. It is lucky that we spotted it or it would very likely have ended up in Royal Mail's system for weeks. Due to the delay caused by your address being entered incorrectly we could not send your order out right away as we'd ran out of stock by that point and had to pay extra to order it in for you, it was due to be dispatched today. Later on I received another email stating that they have decided to cancel my order as I have left a review about their services.
The point which is important here are I have paid for my order and pharmacy first have to reserve my item as I have already paid for it, in this situation how can they go out of stock. This simply means that pharmacy first never had my item in stock and they were trying to gain time to place an order and to gain more time they were making excuses the street name missing etc.
This company has wasted my time, hold on to my money and I don't know when I will get my refund?
I will update you guys if and when I get my refund from this company."

The Worst Customer Service
A disgraceful pharmacy and one whose license should be revoked.
They held onto my order for several months, made no attempt to apologise or refund it, an when I complained and left a negative review on TrustPilot, they deleted my account and all of my previous orders so that I would have no proof, and then reported my review to TrustPilot, informing them they had no record of me or my orders. Who does that? What is going on with these fly-by-night conmen? Luckily, I kept all email correspondence, and now that they have tried so hard to ignore me, I will make sure that the word gets out.
All I asked for was an apology, and rather than offer me one, they tried their best to make me disappear. Pathetic.

SENT several emails no reply open paypal dispute they then cancelled my order no explanations.

Very Disappointing
Delivery was very prompt. The product stopped dispensing after a short time, Pharmacy First failed to reply to my email.
I then delayed too long in chasing it up (my fault), but when I finally did so by phone, I was accused of lying about the product having been faulty. There was no attempt to resolve the situation - very disappointing. I definitely will not use again - other good prices available elsewhere.
Warning - Spammers
I placed one order with this company last year and I've been trying to get them to stop spamming my mailbox ever since. Boy, do I regret giving them my email address now!

Horrendous Customer Service
After 4 emails I still haven't had a response from them. Ordered 3 weeks ago, absolutely disgusting. They seriously need to get their act together. Will never use again!
Non Receipt Of Goods!
I order some tablets from this website as alot cheaper than chemists. I have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery, informed they were despatched a week after I ordered them. I have now received an email to say my order has been cancelled I can place the order again if I want! They still have my money so now have to try and get a refund. I shall not use again waste of time.
Delivery Not Up To Standard
I got a hair product from them for a good price however, i ordered it on the 26th and it took 4 days for them to even ship it,not good enough as ive now ran out of my remaining foam and i wish id just paid the £3 more and got it elsewhere,i rang customer service and i asked why have you took so long they replied "well the item wasnt shipped until the 30th" thank you captain obvious.I still have not received my order but as long as it goes through ok id advised using them only for non rush purchases otherwise you will be let down.
My item did arrive in reasonable time from when they posted it so i would use them again for matters on non urgency.
