I ordered some Jean Paul Gautier Classique EDP for Scentmall as it was the cheapest place i had found it on the internet (at about £60) and the site 'guarenteed' that all of their fragrances were genuine. The perfume arrived a few weeks late - ok not great but i can live with that. I then realised from the invoice that the company was based in Bulgaria, although they used a co.uk website address. When i inspected the product, the tin it comes in was not sealed; the perfume was lilac in colour rather than amber; the smell was horrible (certainly not the smell it should have been anyway); and the printing on the bottle (the lace bodice design) was suspicious - distorted, not printed in excatly the right place. I have used this perfume for years - i know what it looks like and this didn't look remotely genuine. I contacted the company with my concerns and was advised to return it to them for a refund. I did so at my own expense, which cost me over £5 to send it back recorded/ registered to Bulgaria. I received an email confirming receipt in their warehouse a few days later and that i would receive a refund shortly. The refund NEVER arrived. I sent numerous emails chasing it and was advised several times that payment would be made that day, but it never was. I had too many other things to worry about at that time and didn't think to seek a refund through my credit card company, so ended up losing my money without even a fake bottle of perfume to show for it! I would NEVER EVER buy anything from them again and would not advise anyone else to do so either.

I can't believe what fool I was making that order. I wish I would have seen all the reviews first. I ordered Hiris by Hermes which is quite old and difficult to get. First of all, it was late, they sent me a tracking number which didn't exist and then when finally arrived it was Coco Mademoiselle. I made photos of the item, posted back, kept the receipt of postage and claimed dispute transaction with the credit card company. Scentmall said that if I post back the perfumes they refund me but obviously contact got lost, probably website shut down.

Just received the letter from CC who unfortunatelly isn't able to pursue my claim. I'm not gonna give up so quickly, will try the get my money back if possible.

ScentMall .net perfumes "Judith Leiber-Leiber"- x 2=147Euros Euros! They have removed money from my credit card and have sent me wrong Track number which does not exist at all! They have deceived me and I cannot find them or as that to contact them!

Late last year i ordered some perfume from here. 3 weeks later, rather than receiving the perfume ordered (Dior), i recieved a fake copy of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle. After googling them i have now discovered that they do this regularily and people have a very hard time getting a refund. Please don't be conned as well. If you google 'scentmall scam' you will see that they have been up to. I can only assume that the reviews below mine are fake as i have been unable to find one single good review about them.

Do not order from this website. It is a scam. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my orders back on February 17, 2011. According to the UPS tracking website, my items have not yet left Bulgaria. Somehow I don't expect they ever will. This, in spite of the fact that the website indicated my order was in stock. When I try to track my order using the link provided, I get an error message.

I bought a parfume Giorgio Armani for my girlfriend and i am very pleased from the customer's service. I was really suprpised when i see the parfume and i can say that the quality was really good.

Absolutely amazing fragrance. I bought Cristobal by Balenciaga and I am extremely happy with this scent. Delivery was a bit late but the customer service helped me and explained about the delay. I would recommend this website.

I like very much this site because was the only one I found everything I needed. The parcel arrived in the reasonable time and I dind,t have any displease surprise. For this reasons i would recommend to any one who need a site like this to use it whithout any preocupation
