Do Yourself A Favor And Don't Buy From Them!

I ordered a product. Because of a sequence of errors on their part, he did not arrive for several months. After endless correspondence, I asked for a special shipment, but they insisted I add more money. Worst service and product I did not receive. And especially from the person I dealt with who doesn't deserve to work with people at all, with an attitude like hers.

Should Have Known Better

Should have known better but was fooled by the great prices and didn't realise this company are based and ship from Hong Kong.

After waiting just over 4 weeks for delivery of a small, simple order I was notified by Royal Mail that my delivery had attracted a UK Customs Charge and associated handling charge which amounts to £14.82. As the original order was just £30 this amounts to a 50% additional charge! I have requested a refund from Strawberry.net who are unwilling to assist in any way. They clearly have had my money and that's what interests them.

Be aware this company is in Hong Kong and shipping to the UK is a long and protracted process and may well attact additional UK customs charges which will not be refunded.

Used This Site For Years And They Are Great!

Yes sometimes delivery is a little slow (7-14 days) but what you get are all of the big name and some of the smaller named cosmetics, fragrances and skin and hair care products - ALL AT FANTASTIC PRICES.

What is more, you even earn a bigger discount the more loyal you are!!

If you randomly get charged customs duty or VAT they have a system to refund this back to you, so Do NOT be worried, just pick up a bargain.

Never received a package. Strawberry answered: we have no responsibility for lost packages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointing.

Also they answered after aprox 20 emails...rubbish.

I cannot review products, because I never received them.No products,no refund :(

...be Aware Of Delays...

My wife's bday was coming up and decided to get a perfume from StrawberryNET.

After 2 weeks, I found out that they just "switched" providers from Aussie Post to FASTWAY couriers. The parcel is still "IN TRANSIT" in Strawberrynet's website, and only now I got to know that the tracking number they provide belongs to FASTWAY.

There's NO link or reference about the courier company in my order as such, couldn't trace it beforehand.

By the time these the strawberryNet delivers, I'll look like an clown with no present. Happy un-birthday. :(

Be aware of potential delays and as max says, won't recommend them for now......

Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced

I made a purchase of approx USD 2500. Its been a week since I placed the order and it hasn't been shipped out as yet. The excuse is that "the order is to big and it has to be split". Fair enough, split the order why do they need a week to accomplish this task. Their only way of dealing with my frustration is by saying "sorry/ apologies". That doesnt help, making up for the bad service may help. When I requested customer service to expedite the order by using a faster service, the answer was a blatent NO. Then why say sorry, if they not prepared to remedy their inefficiencies.

Probably a very efficient company but a real shock to pay £16.60 customs charge which included a £8.00 handling charge.

This made the perfume dearer than buying in ANY High Street Store.

Even worse Post Office would not let me see the parcel until paid.

Astonishingly Poor - Customs Charge And No Support Now!

Purchased an item from Strawberry for a friend, it states free delivery in UK (if you look carefully and through pages it says 10% surcharge) but when you go to purchase it clearly states freee delivery.

After several weeks waiting for delivery my friends sent a message saying an item had to be paid for (customs vat ETC) FOR £12.60!!!!!!

Gucci Diamonds Deodorant Stick 75grams £21.99 £12.60 VAT/Customs

Tried to phone..no number. Email? No? Purchased through Paypal (I have a big account with them and use Paypal Pro virtual terminal etc etc)

surely I will get a refund? NOPE!!? Postage disputes not covered.

Well I went through website. It clearly knows its doing this offence as their is a form you must fill in with forms and PDF to claim back your postage.

I did this. No refund. Item was also defective and no return possible.

This company is from Hong Kong, nothing wrong with that I buy lots of things from all over the place. BUT you cant track them down and you lose your money!!!

Dreadful,fraud. The site looks great though so why treat the UK so dreadfully bad?

The thing is that all these companies have been flooding the UK and not paying customs VAT etc? Now they have to pay it they are bloody expensive!?

We should also stop the Tax loop holes to boot to give UK businesses a boast.

Avoid, no matter how cheap they say they are.
