Excellent Product And Service

I ordered a rollator for my 91 year old mother with severe back pain. She had been getting by on a cane and older model walker. Ordering on line can be a crapshoot, but I took a chance and was not disappointed. Soon after I ordered, I received a call to advise that the color chosen was out of stock, and was offered other options and rapid delivery. I received the product in a few days, assembled and easy to use. A nice metallic blue, it has handles, a collapsible seat that opens as a storage area, easy to navigate as advertised over uneven terrain like a lawn or gravel driveway. The best Christmas gift was for me, as I took my Mom on a walk to a lovely campus , was to watch her enjoy walking again, and store greens she picked in the storage area, and to be able to sit on it when she tired. I highly recommend this company and product.

Great Products And Customer Service!

I have placed multiple orders with tensnet.com and was so impressed with the customer service I wanted to write a review. Shortly after my first order I decided I wanted to purchase an additional item and reached out to see if they could add the item to my first order so I didn't have to pay shipping a second time. The person I dealt with at TensNet was responsive, accommodating, professional and kind and I was so impressed with the exchange they will be my go to for all my health equipment needs. And their prices are better than Amazon!

Horrible Service And Cannot Get Reimbursed

I was expecting a 2 day shipping .Received the package nearly 3 weeks after my original order and had to ship it back at my own expense while i had told the seller to cancel my order since there was so much delay . I had canceled the order in the meantime but the package was delivered anyway , They did not sent a tracking number either .

The package arrived opened , no tape on it , box opened , delivered under the rain while the value is close to 400$ dollars . I had to pay 75$ dollars to send it back and now I cannot get reimbursed . I had to escalade with Paypal services to try to get my money back . ...they want to charge me for shipping ...and have not reimburse the unit ordered Sanders lumbar traction device .

This order was shipped in a timely manner and was delayed due to the shipping carrier which unfortunately we do not have any control. The package was in "new" condition when shipped and damaged in route. To return the item we provide a return shipping label on items that are not delivered on time, but was ever contacted for such. Instead we received the returned item in which we were told it cost $75 to return, which we could not understand as had we provide a label it would only have cost us $12, so that is the amount that we were willing to reimburse.

Very Unreliable -worthless

I recently met the owner of TENSnet.com at the Florida Chiropractic Association convention in Orlando. Not a very nice man. He promised to contact me about a special order on some cervical pillows and to date there has been no follow through. I got the feeling while talking to him very briefly that he could not care less about customer support. A very negative individual who made a lot of derogatory remarks about Script/Hessco and Meyer Distributing which are actually good companies even though Script/Hessco overcharges for shipping and does not tell you about it ahead of time. Of all of the reviews written about this company there was only one good one and I am sure that was because the owner wrote it himself. Do yourself a favor and stay away from TENSnet.com

I am very disheartened about your comments as I was the gentleman that you met and take customer service very seriously. In fact, that is what sets us apart from other companies such as those you have mentioned, which are also quality companies. We are a family-owned business and when you call us you get an owner to speak with you to help assist you with your needs. Our customer retention rate greatly exceeds the industry average and I apologize if follow-up did not occur in this instance as tradeshows can sometimes be hectic, especially when there is only one person working the booth. We always do our best to keep good notes and follow through once the show is over. I am happy to discuss the cervical pillows with you anytime along with any other needs to helps save you money on the same quality products that you may be purchasing elsewhere. - David Tucker

Stay Far Far Away!!!!

I work at a physical therapy office and do a lot of ordering for the company. Tensnet.com has screwed up majorly on 2 back to back orders and will never have me order from them again! First the item I ordered was on back order and they never notified me of that until I called them 2 weeks AFTER I placed the order since I hadn't received the item! That should have been something listed on their website upon ordering!I shouldn't have had to call to figure out why my item hadn't been shipped yet! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them with another order since they had the best price on the item I needed. The item cost $363 and when I placed the order, I was charged $50 in shipping. It is a large item, so I didn't think anything of it. Again, about a week later, I get an email from them saying that I have to pay and additional $150 in shipping since it is a large item. The item only cost $363 to begin with and they wanted to charge me over half the price in shipping! That is BEYOND ridiculous! My correspondence with them on the situation was just as bad. I was working with a man, who basically told me I was an idiot for not wanting to spend the extra money on shipping. He wouldn't even think about trying to find another option and think that that shipping cost was OUTRAGEOUS! He was very unprofessional in dealing with this!! After further research, I found a different company who had the item I needed for the same price, and only charged me $42 in shipping! It is possible, but he was unwilling to even try. He was very rude and I will NEVER be using them again for any item I need for my clinic! The best thing you can do, is use another site to order what you need. They may have a better price, but it's not worth it with how rude and unprofessional they are! Stay as far away as you can!!!

As a family-owned company, there are times when we are all speaking with customers and may not be able to answer a call, however if a message is left we always respond immediately if a voicemail is left during business hours. If left after business hours, we will call back the following morning. We can also always be reached by email where you will also receive an immediate reply.

I hope that you will reach out to me personally regarding this issue as I do not think it was our company that you ordered from and may have confused us with another company with a similar name. We are a family-owned company and I handle all of the customer service and have never asked anyone for additional money after an order was placed. It is our policy, even if calculations are incorrect on our website, to honor that pricing reflected on the website even if it means incurring a loss as it is due to an error on our part and not on the part of the customer.

Good luck getting them! If you do get them they will probably try to make you feel like it's your fault you haven't received your order. They are a HORRIBLE company who do not care about how they treat their customers! As I said in my interview, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made an order, its been two weeks and no sign of the product. Not even able to contact their customer service. Seems busy all the time. Their live chat in the site don't work either. Should think twice before buying anything from there.. For future customers : try calling their customer care, if you cannot reach them, you know you can expect the same when u call to complain about the non delivery of an item..

Best Place For Medical Equpement And Healthcare Products

Amazed at the selection and could not find prices cheaper anywhere else after comparison shopping (including EBay, Amazon, etc). They have everything from cushions, pillows. braces, TENS units, wheelchairs, hot and cold packs...you name it. I chatted with their online help service and they were great and very knowledgable and helpful. I was also able to call them and speak with a very helpful person without any wait at all...and they took my order over the phone since I do not like shopping online. Great experience and will be using them again.
