Issue Resolved With Nutricentre

As with many of you, I ordered three items and only received 2 of the items. After 5 telephone calls and promises of delivery of the outstanding item, I decided to approach the issue differently. I researched online and found the name and email address of the Operations Director of Nutricentre and sent him a direct email. Within 2 hours he responded with an apology and to say that the item had been picked and would be with me within then next 2 to 3 days. Today, the next day the item arrived. He also said he would be investigating this to avoid it happening again.

Whilst the issue was resolved, I have still said that the service overall was poor.

Stealers Of Money!!

I have used the Nutricentre for nearly 15 years.

It has gone from poor to abysimal.

It takes money immediately but then you have to ring, email & nag in order to get a completed delivery.

Ring & you get polite promises that the manager will sort things out but then nothing transpires so you ring again.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

Why

Why have Nutricentre closed it store and moved it onto Tesco shop floor? It is not the same the supervisor and staff when they are there are unhelpful and disinterested. The service I used to get when it was at the front of the store was amazing the manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. I would always recommend it to everyone. I'm just so disappointment that Tesco's have taken away what was an important store for me and so many others.

Appalling Customeer Services

Tesco appear to be condoning the appalling customer services offered by nutricentre.

I have read the reviews of nutricentre and I was stunned by what I saw.

I was even further staggered to read that nutricente are part of Tesco direct.

anyone with difficulties regarding nutricentre should contact Tesco and obviously post your results on review centre.

I myself am chasing a refund for a product I paid for in 2013 but was out of stock. my fault for not chasing it up until last month, when I was promised the refund.

a phone call today showed nothing has been done. promised it will be actioned.

when I went online last month the outstanding transaction was on my account.

when I checked today it was no longer there.

thankfully I had an email from nutricentre from 2013 showing my order number.

my review has been repeated.

can the moderator rectify the duplication please.

to update my problem, a day after submitting the review I spoke to nutricentre.

they promised a refund of my money within the week.

it never materialised.

a further call and the promise was repeated.

I received the refund a few days later.

Dreadful Service From A Dreadful Company

I have vowed NEVER to use this company again, where once upon a time I was a loyal and happy customer. Having grown exponentially due to cut price offers, their service has slipped to appalling levels. Over and over again, I have ordered from the Nutri Centre items that are advertised online as being in stock only to have them not arrive. Frustratingly, there is never any follow up on when missing items will be dispatched. What follows is an endless round of chasing and one liners from contact centre staff saying the item has been dispatch when it hasn't (or saying it will be dispatched 'soon'). I have now been waiting for one item for over 6 weeks (they have taken my money). Two weeks ago I was 'assured' by a customer service person that it would be in stock and dispatched the next day. It didn't arrive. Their online system does not even provide a basic order status. The company is in a complete shambles and has been that way for a very long time. Avoid at all costs.

Do Not Ever Order From This Company - 'nutricentre'

Ordered some whey protein recently from Tesco direct who uses NUTRICENTRE. Ordered 25.01.15. payment taken 26.01.15, confirmation email stating delivery by 31.01.15. Item never arrived, called Tesco who spoke to Nutricentre 4 x in total. 1st time, "not sure what's happened, we'll send it out". 2nd time, "we have 2000 units in stock, I'll make sure we send this and you will receive 3/4 days". 3rd time, "Item has been dispatched and is on it's way, you will receive 03/04.02.15". 4th time, "We will speak to the warehouse and get them to send it out to you". Clearly they lied previously saying I'd have it in 3/4 days and then more blatantly saying it was actually on it's way to me. I have cancelled my order now as they could not tell me WHEN they would send it out. (not sure if I'll ever see my money again.I would type more but not enough space. Do not EVER use this company!!

Hi, Thanks for he extra info. I wasn't aware of this at all and Tesco certainly were not forthcoming with this information, stating only that nutricentre were a 3rd party supplier, which lead me to believe they were only a 'supplier' to Tesco and nothing else to do with them. Tesco didn't really help with the phone calls, they relayed information from a call they made to nutricentre on my behalf and that's all. It was far more annoying than my original post. I condensed it to fit. I did however complain to tesco separately and informed them I wouldn't use them either in future as they must be aware of the bad reputation and appalling reviews nutricentre has.

Extra info: nuticentre is owned by TESCO. TESCO are the major shareholders and parent company. They hold 50.01%. of the Shares. So really they should do more. They assisted with 4 calls for you but in reality they hold the stick . More people should complain. I suggest you do to TESCO HQ. Directors for Nutricentre are located in Tesco HQ.

Dishonest Expensive Rubbish

I cannot believe company like this can still operate.

I placed my order through a large retailer. After week with no show of delivery, I rang the company to find out when I would receive the items. The company stated I had ordered something completely different. When I emailed my invoice with proof of my original order. They then stated it was retailers error, subsequently I spoke to the retailer and they stated the advert was set by the company and will contact the company for clarification. The company then stated to the retailer the original ordered items were out of stock!.

When I re contacted the company they denied this, I then asked if the order was in stock, they stated it was and would be sent out with email of conformation. I am still waiting!

Please do not use as they dishonest and you can get same products cheaper elsewhere.

Don't Don't Use..take Your Money..then No Stock

Ordered 0mega7 Buckthorn Oil via TESCO Direct Sat 24th Jan . Got email from Tesco with expected delivery within a week and a promise of a despatch email when they were on route. As a TESCO PARTNER from that point on you deal with Nutricentre.

No product..no email from Nutricentre by Monday 2nd Feb.

I emailed their customer support as suggested by Tesco on 2nd. They didn't bother to reply.

On Tuesday i rang them to ask where the product was.  The woman I dealt with on customer services said it was ' out of stock ' .

My question to her was then, if it is 'out of stock' why is their WEBSITE advertising it just 4 minutes before i called stating there were ' 4 ' in stock. Her response was to say the website is taking time to UPDATE!!.

I'll tell you why. They want 4 more mugs to buy now and get later when they get around to stocking themselves. Yes, be warned they take your money IN ADVANCE.

I asked her when this stock was likely to be with me. Reply: could take 7-14 days...added to my week so far the ' in stock' item if your lucky could be 3 weeks.

I asked if they have a complaints department. That was a ' No'. So i held out and got a Supervisor. Story repeated. She rang the warehouse. No products there. Could she take my number and when she tried to source it she could ring me with her result. No thanks i asked for my REFUND. I will give the money to a better organised outfit. In summary...money taken in advance...false trading drawing in customers...very very poor customer services. You have been warned. Choose someone else.

Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced

Can not even tell you the Expiry Date for one of their own products. Find this a sham, they sell products but are to lazy to find out tye EXPIRY DATE FOR YOU. Delivery time also takes forever.......SO FED UP with the way i have been treated by them considering i was a customer once speding £100's a month with them, not any more. JUST DISGUSTED AND INSULTED BY THEM WITH THERE LACK OF RESPECT FOR GOOD CUSTOMERS.

You Order Will Never Arrive!

Do't order from The NutriCentre, as your order will never arrive. Luckily, mine was only £10. Feel bad for people who spent more. I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing.

I emailed Tesco CEO and sent a link to this site. Only then did I get any sort of satisfactory outcome (8 months later!!).

Hope this helps someone...
