I´ve Purchased On Visa Credit Card On 26/12/2015,
I´ve purchased on VISA Credit Card on 26/12/2015, a total of US$ 142 in perfumes from A few days later I received a despondent, asinine and sarcastic e-mail stating that the products would ship between 30 to preposterous 90 days! Shipment and costumes on my account!
Should the products be not received in a 60-day time [I live in Rio - thje city of Olympiads 2016], I should contact the company by e-mail warning them that a “shipment problem occurred”.
Well, I live in Rio. Not on the surface of the Moon, North Korea, Tibet, Bhutan, Tunguska, the Aleutian Islands, or Vanuatu. I found hundreds after hundreds of complaints by Britons, Australians and Spanish citizens - in summary - people from all over the world decrying this fraudulent company. Now Using Galaxy Perfume On Websites
Fast Forward to Oct 2012.... And they are now using Galaxy Perfume on their websites here in Australia. I am currently trying to get a refund from them for non delivery of goods..... Surprise??? I will do everything I can to spread the word to save other people their money!!!

I Too Was Scammed In The Same Way As Many Others B
I too was scammed in the same way as many others by this individual A YEAR AGO, why was he being allowed to trade for nearly a year later.? I went through the process of contacting consumer direct about not receiving perfume I had paid for from the Perfume emporium. Consumer direct were very helpful, they advised me to send registered letters to Chris to ask for my money back. After I sent two registerd delivery letters to Chris, the latter threatening court action, I eventually got my refund 3 months later.
The audacity of the man amazes me!

thought i would share this with the rest of the people who were scammed by chris at the perfume emporium
I was also scammed in exactly the same simple way
paid for an item -waited and waited - never arrived - told by chris via
email i would have to wait a month for a refund - never arrived
so I got in touch with barclaycard merchant who provided my business with the credit card terminal that you need to take payments on line
amazingly chris uses the same company to provide him with his terminal as well
so barclaycard put me through to their fraud team who were delighted to hear from me but slightly embarrased they hadnt acted sooner
I got a call a week later from the fraud manager who told me they were involving the police as well as were taking his credit card terminal from him which meant is was impossible for him to now take payments on line
so i know you all havent got a refund yet the same as me but at least he has now been stopped from robbing anyone else which give a little satisfaction at least
I am trying to reclaim the money from my credit card company which i believe everyone is entitled to do as long as it is within 120 days from date of purchase

I Too Have Been Scammed By Chris Collings At The P
I too have been scammed by Chris Collings at the perfume emporium. I have reported the matter to Trading Standards and my Credit Card Company. Whilst he now says he is Bankrupt I can find no physical evidence of this. Please everyone ring Trading Standards and complain. This is the only way we can stop him from setting up again in business on another site. I actually received a refund cheque but guess what? You guessed it BOUNCED!!!

also been conned by chris from perfume emporium, really annoyed, how can someone have the nerve to take so many peoples money when he knew he would never pay them back! its ludicrous! its now three months after purchasing, have been promised a refund for 2 months, where is it chris?

This Person, Chris, Should Be Banned From Trading
This person, Chris, should be banned from trading following his dreadful record. I ordered on 8.08.10 and have not received item or refund. This is deception/fraud and should be dealt with immediately by police/trading standards and the courts. Why should the innocent purchaser have to suffer? I will fight to the bitter end and hope all others do too.

My experience is as all the others still waiting for the perfume, Chris responded to my email with the same excuse have to wait 15 working days before Royal Mail will investigate.
I now see the website says he has declared bankrupt!! so not much chance of a refund.

I am still awaiting the perfume, I have tried to complain although there is no details to do so and the website is down for 'Maintance' please may some one provide me the email address they used to complain.
I to am waiting for goods since 12th Sep. I have complained to Nottingham Consumer Direct, who have given me a case number and advised me to send a letter recorded delivery stating that i want a refund. I wish i had checked out the website first. If you look on Martin lewis website there are 19 pages dating back from 2007 with people not getting their goods. He has been reported to watch dog and trading standards before, but yet still trades !
