Bought an £87 bottle of Armani EDT on 1st September and was told I would get points for my purchase by the shop assistant in Leicester and for me that should have been good enough, my fragrance came and I waited for my points to be added. They weren’t added.so I contacted their customer service. I provided my credit card statement and told them the rest was paid in love to shop vouchers. This was a very easy transaction to find as not many people would pay in £65 if love to shop vouchers. Wrong and even though I gave them a picture of my credit card statement they refused to help, giving me the excuse of time lines. It takes them 4+ days to reply sometimes so of course it’s going to drag on. I should have made sure I kept my receipts as the staff cannot be trusted to do what they said they would. Poor customer service all round

I'm having to write this review due to the disgusting customer service shown by your staff members in the Bournemouth branch, on Commercial Road.
I went in store today, not only looking for a birthday gift for my partner, but some advice on some perfume I had received. The first woman I spoke to was completely unhelpful and yawned directly in my face several times when I was speaking. This is completely disgraceful as she did not have the decenecy to apolagise or even cover her mouth.
I was then passed on to a woman, who I can only assume was the store manager, and she was no better. She looked and reacted to my questions as if I was a child asking something ridiculous. How can someone with such poor people skills get in a position of management?
To top things off I then tried to obtain information on another product and take a picture of another perfume for my housemate. I was unaware of your policy of no pictures and would have happily obliged by this. I wasnt informed this but snapped at and spoken to in a disgusting manner.
I have no idea whether the Perfume Shop openly promotes rudeness and this kind of behavior from its employees but I would like to point out that this is appalling service and would like to know what the company intends to do about it.

Amazing Value
I bought Lancôme Miracle EDP 100ml from the perfume shop (online) for £34.50 with free delivery. This price is incredible, I other suppliers were much more expensive (e.g. boots £72). The delivery was tracked and I received it within a few working days. Inside the package was 4 testers of various fragrances. I'm so happy I purchased from them, incredible value for money and service.
