No Goods, No Refund
Placed an order end of September. Didn't arrive within stated timeframe.
Asked for an update and told they don't have it in stock- even though it was still being shown as available in their store.
Requested a refund, was told it would take up to 14 working days.
No refund received
No goods received
Having to make a claim through the bank
Awful company. Save yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere

No Goods Received Even After Many Emails, 90 Days Now :(
Do not use them, been 90 days and received nothing, one email via Resolver.uk saying it would be refunded, nothing.
Just dont use Zest Beauty.
The reason they dont have PayPal is cos PayPal wont engage with them.
Follow up with Credit Card issuer and get refund for no goods received.
DO NOT USE THEM

Not A Genuine Business Beware
Product didn't arrive and neither did refund. I waiting almost three months to give them a chance. The product I bought was discontinued it turns out and they are still advertising it for sale and taking people's money knowing they can't fulfil the orders. Really shady. Don't get caught out.

Don’t use this company!
Ordered items, never received. When queried they said they were out of stock but had made no attempt to contact me. I cancelled the order. Chased and chased them for a refund to no avail - they say they’ve refunded but then admit they haven’t. Was getting nowhere until I threatened them with my bank/BBC Watchdog/socials and hey presto, money refunded in 48 hours.
They must be making £000’s this way! ????

I waited in vain for my order to be fulfilled with promises when there was stock the goods would be sent.
After weeks waiting I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. That was months ago, and there has been some apologetic responses but I am now satisfied that I will never get my money refunded and this company is totally dishonest. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Clearly I am not the only one to be shammed by this company!

Dodgy Company
I ordered some products from their website a few weeks ago. No order recieved and no response from their customer service either, just an auto email saying they were short staffed...? The money came out of my account but still nothing. Judging by the reviews on here and other websites, this might be a sham as nobody seems to have received the goods despite spending money with them.

I had the exact same experience as everyone else. Took my money. Never sent product. Said low stock. Asked for refund. Almost 2 months later, countless emails and no refund. Now they stopped responding to my emails.

Took My Money, No Order Arrived No Refund Given
I ordered sunscreen costing $313 AUD in January 2023, followed up with customer service 7 emails - they reply saying the same thing in each email - " what is your order number and name" when it is clearly already in my email. I have requested a refund 3 times and still 8 months later no refund and no sunscreen.
