Very Poor Costumer Service

Customer service is poor and communication is virtually non-existent. To praise them is the speed at which they withdraw money from your card. Since there are probably many customers who are in the same situation (1/3 are directly negative), it seems that the main purpose of that company is to "borrow money for free" from the customers. How so ? I ordered one hub on October 10, when I want to cancel I was told it would cost me 10% in fee - otherwise I would have to wait until November 22 and then I would not have to pay fee. It makes no sense unless the company is out to strengthen its liquidity. A company that runs its business wiht this method, would not have a chance in Denmark. It would not be long before it rolled in with police complaints, consumer advice and secretary of trade. But in Italy it is clearly come si come sa. Usually I have otherwise had positive experiences with buying goods in this country. When you do not bother to write to the customers and you do not take it seriously - then you are amazed that you get customer complaints. Wake up now! And stand on goal for your own company policies.

Terrible Customer Service!

I ordered an expensive chair more than three months ago. After a few weeks, I was notified that the delivery would be seriously delayed - already probematic, as the website makes it look like the product was readily available. I asked to cancel the order, and since then Arredatutto have been not answering my emails for days and weeks, evidently trying to wear me out till I give up. It has now been more than a month since the supposed new delivery date - still no chair and no refund, no answers to my emails and no answers to the customer service phone number. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Just Something Future Customers Should Be Aware Of

Just something future customers should be aware of before placing an order because unfortunately I recently found out that the reduced prices offered by Arredatutto come at a cost. I put through an order for two items - a desk and a fridge - but within a few days realised one would not fit. I was initially informed that the item could not be cancelled. After I challenged this I was told that if the order was cancelled a 10% administration fee would be retained. This is despite the fact that the order was cancelled within the 7 days of being placed. The company explained the administration would not apply if I accepted the order and simply returned the goods. But as this was an international order it would have resulted in several hundreds of pounds in return postage fees. The other thing future customers should be aware of before placing an order is that the terms and conditions state that Arredatutto reserves the right not to provide the item that matches the description and photo advertised. In short: read the terms and conditions for this company carefully before deciding to place an order as you will not be given the chance to cancel without penalty, something most other retailers offer. When I asked for a copy of the complaints procedure they did not provide it. They said I should deal with their legal department. When I asked for the contact details for the legal department they did not provide them. Another word of caution to those that do decided to purchase from this company: Do not pay by bank transfer. Luckily I paid via credit card and the card provider has been asked to determine whether Arredatutto's terms and conditions comply with EU distance trading legislation as I was refused the right to cancel just 5 days after my order was placed. In fact according to Arredatutto I lost my right to cancel after approximately 24 hours of having placed the order.. Arredatutto has responded to my feedback with the same aggressive tone that it has used to respond to others that have dared to give negative feedback. In short their stance to date has been - tough you should have read our terms and conditions. At the moment Arredatutto has withheld over £90 because the order was cancelled. Hopefully reading this review will prevent other prospective customers from making the same mistake.

Defective Product - Inneficient Customer Service

I ordered an office chair (Milani Comet) from Arredatutto.

When the chair arrived it was clear that the seating mechanism was defective as it was not possible to sit in the chair.

I bought the chair because I needed an extra chair for my business and unfortunately for over a month, Arrdatutto' customer service has not been able to sort out the situation, either by sending me a replacement one or a refund. They have proposed to send a new mechanism so that I can replace it by myself using a hammer... (in a new chair...).

I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want is my money back or to have this product replaced with one that works properly. I will gladly return the defective item to Arredatutto.

Very inefficient customer service. Don't recommend and will not consider buying any other product from this company.

Defective products can happen.

We PROMPTLY replied to your request of finding a solution to the defect of the product.

We where ready to send you a free spare part that would have completely restored the proper functioning of the chair.

Despite the manufacture said that the chair was not defective, according to your video.

Please remember that you bought a precious office chair and not a simple t-shirt that is easy to sand back a forward.

So that was the IDEAL and QUICKER solution.

But strangely you refused that. Please, take note that replacing that new mechanism is not so hard and risky as you wrote.

Anyway, we still have your spare part in our warehouse waiting your confirmation to send it to you.

Avoid Arredatutto!!!

Stay away from this company. I ordered a product at considerable cost. The item arrived completely damaged and Arredatutto are refusing to replace the item or issue a full refund. Despicable way to operate a business, screwing customers for their own gain!! Will never order from this company again!!!

Oven With A Dent

So I ordered an oven on this website. First of all it was delivered to one of my neighbors without me signing for it. Second, the oven had a huge dent in it. But most importantly, the servica was 0, absolutely worthless. Even after calling and emailing multiple times, no solution was offered. They blamed it on the warrenty/manufacurer and said I should take it up with them?! Unbelivable, what a rip off.

Painfully Slow Delivery

Took 4 and 1/2 weeks for coffee machine to arrive. When it arrived it was faulty- they suggested I go to manufacturer under warranty

Attention: Do Not Buy Anything From Arredatutto!

They do not deliver on time, want to add extra costs, no customer service, rude, just an organisation that doesn't not care about their customers. They will not refund! I tried to buy a Miele washing machine from them and it took 5 weeks to deliver and they charged £100 extra for it to be lifted up the stairs to my apartment. On arrival the machine was not operational and I asked the courier to take it back. They refused and also refused to take responsibility and take it back also.  It's simple you have been warned!! I have reported them to Miele and they are investigating this terrible Arredatutto organisation. They won't tell me who own this or who are the Directors which is also very strange? This is the worst and biggest nightmare I have ever had trying to purchase something from a company. I paid them £1600 for a Miele washing machine and they really messed me around big time for 5 weeks of my life while I was recovering from serious abdominal surgery!! I cannot express in words how bad Arredatutto are!! They refuse to take back the faulty machine!!! And now I have to pay Miele to come and repair it. However, what a contrast it was dealing with the German company Miele and the English as opposed to dealing with the Italian corrupt Arredatutto. Seriously and sincerely beware of this company!!!! ATTENTION!!!!!

So Bad !

I bought a Unico HP air conditioner unit in September and after fitted by a certified plumber a week after the delivery, we have notice that the unit "flop" did not work so therefore I have contact the seller to request to change the unit or to fix it by sending someone to deal with it. The answer was that they cannot give this services outside Italy, that mean that they do not guarantee the product shipped outside Italy.

This is a joke!!

Can somebody tell me why they are allowed to sell in Europe?

By the UK law buyers are covered by a consumer right guarantee which allows us to get a refund or exchange in relation to faulty products.

If a company cannot guarantee that they will offer us these rights they should not be able to sell these items overseas.
