Broken Product No Replacement
Received my sofa promptly but damaged. So far I have waited 2 months for a replacement. I chased and they have now said it will be a further 2 months. Really poor service.

Impossible Contact
Fortunately I'm in the process of placing an order and needed to speak to someone prior to placing the order. £3.5 worth of furniture. I have been trying to email and phone the main number for days and have finally given up. And this is before placing the order, so who knows what it would be like once order placed and any issues. Looking at the other reviews it looks like best avoided, I would prefer the pay the extra for a company who can answer the phone or at least call you back, what a a joke company typical web site looks great and that where it ends be warned.

They Don't Honour The Warranty If You Have A Problem.
Our rattan table had a couple of sections melt in the sun, so we managed to get a replacement table. The replacement table is a different colour to the original, so it now looks completely different to the chairs and they refuse to do anything about it, so my outdoor furniture looks a joke. The new table is lighter than the existing chairs and they blame the existing chairs on being outside, so they wont ever match something new. I have told them that things go lighter in the sun, so the existing chairs should be lighter than the new table (the new table is lighter than the old chairs). We have asked them to replace the chairs so they match, but they refuse, even though the rattan on the chairs have started coming off too. I would steer away from buying anything from this company with the aftercare we have received.

Avoid Artelia - Worst Experience Of Service
Ordered a furniture set on 1/6/20 The money was taken directly, after waiting a few days for a confirmation email which never appeared, The tracking they provide is never updated. I called the office number several times only to be faced with ringing and then the call going to answering machine that ended the call. I emailed with no conclusive response. In total post 22 emails, several attempts to call, a complete lack of customer service has left me extremely frustrated, angry and out of pocket to the sum of £1199.00. To date I received an email 17 days post order explaining it’s due to NHS using the courier, still no delivery with a 10 day delivery promise on 1/6 as per web site. A call to germany to ask head office for an explanation got me no where, again excuses. They fob you off, They give false promises, They have a complete lack of customer service, They are rude, and I feel they do not have the products in stock. They offered to cancel the order very easily after having my money nearly 5 weeks. They flaut distance selling laws and sadly using the corona pandemic as an excuse for their complete failure as a company. The paperwork sent to the company has been ignored. DO NOT HAVE ANY FAITH IN THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Appalling Customer Service
Having ordered a sofa set online and payment taken, we contacted Artelia directly to find out where our order was - only to be told that our sofa set was out of stock and that there was a glitch on their system - so a refund issued. Which we received. We stupidly placed a further order with this company and the delivery date was surpassed several times with no communication whatsoever from this company. After spending several hours on hold and being fobbed off by them - we finally received an email saying our item was out for delivery. No delivery tracking number was given and we were extremely lucky to be in when the delivery arrived - otherwise we would have had to pay for the next delivery ourselves.
The customer service is shocking - closing their phone lines from 2pm to catch up on emails is no excuse - as they don't come back to you by email.
The furniture is okay - would I say its worth the hassle or the cost - no - I would definitely not order from this company again. We ordered a RIgatona L sofa set. From our original order we had ordered an L Shaped sofa and ordered clips that were supposed to be cancelled and refunded. As yet still waiting on a goods return note so am £60 out of pocket.
IF you are ordering from their website - don't trust the delivery timelines provided as they don't meet them.

Poor Customer Service
I placed my order with Artelia back in April and Ordered 3 separate items all in ash grey colour expecting them to match.
After receiving two of the items they do not match in colour at all so really disappointed.
My first order Larentia L shape I was sent a completely different colour corner piece ( chestnut) and they took over 4 weeks to replace it with correct one.
My second order arrived Hummel Day bed, this was A completely different colour ash grey to lounge set.
I have emailed customer services numerous times and they either take over 10 days to respond or they only answer half your questions.
I still have two items of furniture completely different colours and I have not received my dining set yet!
I’m hoping this is ash grey to match either or of my other sets before I decide what to do.
I paid in excess of £3500 for these items and I must add the rattan isn’t the best quality For what you pay!
I have sent yet another email today hoping I get a response soon
Avoid this company at all costs their customer service is a shambles!

Pleasure To Do Business With - Excellent Quality
Delivery had to be prompted by an e-mail from me to Artelia with a cute e-mail response from them which really made me smile! Immediate contact from courier was next day followed by delivery the following day. Good delivery service, helpful, cheery driver and excellent packaging, no polystyrene, no foam etc, but boxes did state on the side "No Stacking" and the two boxes were stacked on top of one another on pallet. No damage though. No putting together needed, not even a screw driver, glass elements were safely packaged. Lovely thick, plump cushions. Very well made frames. This garden furniture is excellent quality, looks and feels as expensive as it was! But I do not envisage it will need to be replaced in my lifetime-a good purchase.
I had reason to regret this positive review because I subsequently ordered some black cushion covers for this set which was the Yamelia range . Total disaster, short story ended up eventually getting refund but had to return at my expense even though they weren't fit for purpose and took numerous to and fro emails with customer service. Wouldn't use this company again.

I am thinking of ordering the Desert Line furniture from Artelia. I am currently reading reviews and they are mostly bad reviews about delivery and customer service. I have today received a sample of the cushion covers and the rattan for the line I really like . Your review seems to be the only positive review. Which line of furniture did you order? Many Thanks

Awful Company
Paid £1000 on 21st May 2020 for some garden furniture from this company.
No word from Artelia about my order only a confirmation email receipt.
I had to contact them after giving plenty of grace on the 5th June only to be told the rubbish that they had a software glitch and they don't have the stock. If you don't have the stock why are you still trading and taking people's money. Then they have the cheek to make you wait a further five working days to get your money refunded.
If this company went belly up I wouldn't be shocked.

Shocking Delivery Timeline
Order placed 17 March 2020. Delivery within 5 days. There appears to be no comms between Palletways and Artelia. Between them they guaranteed delivery at least 3 times. I was offered a £30 goodwill gesture and furniture cover. Order finally arrived on 17th April. Packaging was damaged and parts missing. I contacted Artelia straight away. As of today 28th May 2020 spare parts have not yet arrived. The table is therefore not stable and as a result I’m not able to put the glass onto the table. This is such bad customer service! As every day passes the glass in my living room is not just an eyesore but a real hazard!!!
