Poor Quality, Avoid

Save your time and money, purchase a better quality item and wait a bit longer for your new bed, I had the wrong item delivered and then a faulty bed. All in all not a good experience. Customer service line is always engaged for long times, won't be buying from them again.

This Company Is Shocking Had To Appeal Twice With

This company is shocking had to appeal twice with paypal to get my money back as they tried to say I had received my mattress only kept the bed as there was no chance of then collecting it so that I could get refund for that too. Had so many texts with delivery dates that I still had no mattress over a week after original delivery date. Customer service is also very poor they will lie through their teeth, do yourself a favour stay clear of these pirates.

I wish I had read reviews before I had dealing with them if so I would have look elsewhere.

Sent Me The Delivery Info Two And Three Days After Delivery

The delivery men arrived at 730am on Saturday and were quite rude to us when we were surprised / asleep and trying to clear the room quickly, the kept ringing the bell saying hurry up as we tried to get changed. As with any other delivery service, I expected that we would receive confirmation of a time for such a big item on the day. However, two days later on Monday evening, I received an e-mail from Bedstore with the time, and this morning on the Tuesday a text! Not sure why these have come days after the delivery but maybe they should make their delivery company aware of this so they won't be so rude next time!

Ordered a bed which arrived two day later great I thought however a box was missing.I contacted bedstore who told me it would arrive on friday or saturday it did not I contcated them and was told the courier ran out of time,obviously they do not carry mobile phones as I received no call.I contacted bedstore on monday and was told I would have to wait 2 days for an investigation.I called back and said I was not happy and was told it would arrive on that day it did not.I rang and told them if it did not arrive on tuesday to collect the bed and refund my money.It arrived on tuesaday and I was informed by the courier the box had been on the van for days but no one instructed him to deliver it.

Very poor service this took six days to arrive after the main delivery.

I would not recommend bedstore and will not use them again.6 days had I bought it from other retailers it would have arrived next day I have learnt a lesson and will avoid bedstore in future.Beware the service is terrible.

Disclaimer: I have not yet received my item because my delivery has been messed up so many times. This review is based on customer service.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordeed a bed and mattress over a week ago. The first delivery (scheduled between 8AM and 6PM) didn't have all the parts. When I called their customer service department I was told that the rest of the delivery would be out next week on a Monday. But then I received a text later that day saying a courier had attempted to deliver said missing parts and hadn't been able to because I wasn't in (because I had been specifically told that the earliest the delivery could happen would be Monday).

The delivery was ordered AGAIN for Monday. AGAIN it was incomplete. I called customer service and was promised a call back the next morning to arrange a new delivery date. The call never came. I called back AGAIN and was promised the same thing. The call never came. Instead I received an automated text informing me of delivery on a date I had expressly told customer service I would not be available. Once more, (this morning) I called customer service. The latest is that I will receive my full order on Friday, which remains to be seen. Even if the order arrives intact the shoddy customer service and time wasted waiting for this delivery has already biased me against this company. Don't be fooled by the low prices; do yourself a favour and purchase a bed from somewhere more reputable and professional.

Shoddy, Unreliable, Dishonest

Absolutely furious. Wrong product, uninformed delivery, wrong parts, no response to replace or return, was informed someone would call me back but didn't. I called, was put on hold for 15 mins then line went dead. I still have a rubbish bed that I can't put up, and they have my money. Do not buy anything from this company

I placed an order for a bed and mattress and was excited for the delivery," I received an email to say the order was delayed but the morning of the supposed delivery received the mattress. Can't tell me when the bed was going to be delivered. Although the website said its available and on next day delivery it's shocking, I have cancelled the order and now waiting a phone call for the mattress to be picked up but didn't receive a call last night

Misleading False Advertisement!!

I ordered with Bedstore last week, got a text message the evening before delivery date to inform me not to stay in as they couldn't delivery and would update me the following working day. They never did. I rang them and suffered through a 30 minute phone call with incompetent staff. they got my name wrong numerous times, they got my order wrong and tried refunding me for the wrong amount. Finally i stupidly tried ordering a new bed which they claimed was in stock but they couldn't process the order as my card was "declined" i tried moments later online and the order went through fine.

New bed ordered. Same thing happening as i write this. delivery day is today. got the text message last night 5.30pm, as before, to inform me they couldn't deliver.

this time i shall be getting a refund and going elsewhere.

be aware that Worldstores is the parent company and not to order with them either.

Why Didn't I Read This Before Ordering?

Ordered a bed and mattress for my new home and was expecting a saturday delivery waited in all day nothing. Contacted them monday to be told I would have too wait another two weeks for delivery cancelled order and a refund supposedly has been processed we shall see. Dreadful customer service, dreadful company, go elsewhere.

Deliberately Misleading Sales Process

Ordered a bed frame and mattress. Mattress arrived but no bed frame and when I queried this they informed the had problems with the supplier and had no delivery date. Crucially no one contacted me to inform me of the issue. Ordered a replacement (Thursday PM) for next day delivery and told it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday - understandable. Phoned again first thing Friday to confirm delivery for Saturday and was assured it was booked in. Nothing arrived so phoned just before close of business on Saturday and was told it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Deliberately mislead throughout and never received any communication to let us know what was happening.

Avoid these charlatans at all costs.
