Had bed delivered by a guy on his own who wanted help with it into house!!! Any queries told to ring or text number.

Got the bed unpacked and horrible making of it, like mdf with glue

And half inbedded staples, the side was broken and covering over top ripped. Complained as wanted new base told to take it to Dewsbury store to be fixed!!!!! What a joke at my expense, still will not sort so a littl chat with trading standards I think

I ordered and paid for a double bed online through their website (£219.99).

I checked my PayPal account the next day as I had not had a receipt, order confirmation, nothing, and so I ordered it elsewhere as I had a feeling the transaction must not have gone through and filled out their contact form on the website to query it / cancel the order.

I find today that they have charged my credit card directly (it's not showing as a PayPal transaction on the statement).

Luckily I used my credit card so can raise a dispute but not everyone can afford to shell out twice and wait whilst the credit card company sorts it out.

Over 3 weeks since I purchased the bed then filled out their contact form to cancel it and not one single piece of communication from them! Still no order form, receipt, cancellation acknowledgement, nothing.

DO NOT USE THEM!

Bought a bed frame in all good faith, paid the bill and have been left chasing a refund as so correspondence from company who traded as Dreembeds.ltd up until Dec 2021. The company now operates as CHESTER AND OAKLEY BEDS LIMITED.

The only positive I have was that the delivery was quick. Other than that the quality of the bed is shocking. The headboard is half the size of that advertised on Facebook. The crushed velvet was untrimmed and hung out from underneath, which is held on by shoddy staples. I had to trim this down myself to try and improve the look. The mattress is too big for the bed and hangs over the sides. And it generally feels like the whole frame has been put together with glue and it's about to collapse from underneath me. As well as that the delivery guy was really flirty and I felt really uncomfortable.I paid for the removal of my old bed but he seemed to have no idea. It's only when I had evidence over Facebook that he agreed to take it. Would not recommend anyone ordering from here.

top quality mattress and fast next day delivery

Did not deliver the complete item after I booked a day off work, then promised it by 5pm which has turned now into tonight. All you get is stories and excuse when you phone them...

Straightforward company to deal with. Staff very helpful and obtained more information for me from the manufacturer of the bed. Transaction continued smoothly. Really pleased with the bed and with the service we had. First class.

We ordered a Stompa uno bunk bed, ordered Monday, was delivered on Friday. We were given a 4 hour time slot, and then a text to say it would be delivered within the hour. Delivery service was good, no parts missing. Kids love the bed, would recommend and use again.

They have been an absolute nightmare!

I paid good money for a mattress and bed.

The first mattress was dirty so sent back, no apology blamed the delivery company. When second mattress arrived went to put up the bed and quickly became obvious that there was damage which had been glued together, it looks like second hand bed! Damage in transit

??? So who tried to glue it back together in several places? Absolute joke.... I have never had to put negative comment on net before! Also complaining to trading standards.

Photos sent to company who offered £25 refund but want me to wait a further six weeks. Please call me for detains and photos if you want proof.

We ordered our bed on 20th November and were given a delivery date of 24th November, the next available date. On the day, we received an email from the delivery company with a 3 hour time slot in which to expect the bed. It came as expected in the time slot. The delivery driver was very polite in explaining that we could not thoroughly check the box as he was on a tight schedule. Understandable. The box and bed were delivered in excellent condition, with no bits missing. Excellent service and would use Bedz R Us again.
