I bought 2 love seats was told that the fabric was very durable , we pick our love seat up got the home within a week little tears started to appear on the leg rest, the arm rest and the seats. I was talked into purchasing the guardsman fabric protection witch would cove rips, tears and stains, upon contacting guardsman and filing out paper work and sending them pictures they are denying my claim!!!! So now I'm stuck with ripped furniture that I'm still paying for and is getting more rips in it . The sales person was making me all these guarantees that this fabric would with stand anything and is very durable , she was more interested in making the sale and told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor service overall on every aspect of sale...No communication or follow up..was told furniture would take7 to 10 days and at the 5 week point no furniture delivery...Never give your hard earned money to this poorly run business.

Very Pleased With Furniture!

After looking all around the DFW metroplex for furniture, I decided to go online to see where else we could go. I found the website for DFW furniture direct so we decided to head on over and check them out. They were having a tent sale and we saw a really nice bedroom set and a Mercury countertop high pub table with 4 chairs and a bench. We went inside and they let us look online some more. We talked with Jeff and he told us the bedroom set that was under the tent was a queen size but he could get us a king size for $100 more. I began looking up this Fairmont bedroom set online at other stores and I was shocked to find that Jeff was selling this suit for almost $700 less than other stores. The pub table was only $400. We needed bunk beds for our kids and I really wanted the staircase bunk beds. He didn't carry them but he pulled up another website, Donco.com, and I found the bed I wanted. He only charged us $625! I was quoted $899 at another store earlier that day. He sold us the twin and full size mattress for the bunkbed for only $200. Online it says the have free delivery in the DFW metroplex. I asked how much it would be to deliver to our home which is near the OK border. He didn't charge us at all! I had king size mattresses at my other home which was on the way to our new home and Jeff said they would stop by and pick them up for free as well! We ordered the furniture on a Thursday and it was all delivered by the following Tuesday! The delivery guys were very quick and efficient and I am very pleased with the furniture we bought. The bed we bought did have two drawers on the front of the bed but unfortunately they brought the wrong drawers. I called Jeff and he said no problem he would take care of it and get the right drawers in. Jeff was out within the week with the right drawers. I couldn't be more pleased with everything we bought for the price we bought it for. We would have easily have spent over $1500 more if we went some place else. Jeff an the delivery guys were so helpful. Jeff was not a pushy salesman and I have already recommended to numerous people. I would definatley shop here again!

Will Never Shop There

When dfw direct first opened in pleasant hills pa I thought I would check out their prices. I really wasn't out to look for living room furniture, but I saw a set that I really liked. The floor model had spots all over it and the manager told me that is was because the roof had leaked the night before. She said she cleaned it (but you could still see spots). Ok, so things happen. I order this furniture set and was told it would take up to a month to get it in. I was fine with this since I really wasn't in any hurry. TWO days later they called to say it was in and would be delivered the next day. I thought wow that's great! Oh and by the way I paid 100 dollars to have it stain guarded. When it came..... it was the same furniture that was on the floor at the store with the stains still on it!!! I told the delivery guys to put it back on the truck, I refused it!! Called the store told them I wanted my money back- they said they didn't know how this happened. yeh right. The big manager called to ask it they took a hundred dollars off and ordered it would that make things right? LOL I said what? the hundred dollars that I paid to have it stain guarded was a lie also! Told him I just wanted my money back and would NEVER deal with that company again! And I haven't! I would recommend staying away from this place - they do a shady business.

Ordered in December and still waiting in May for the correct parts.

The time it has taken to get to this stage is partly down to me as I have been moving house and in a new job and an unassembled book case has been low on my list priority. However everything below is true. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

When the delivery was made late the screws, glues, latches etc were missing.

We call Furniture direct and ask them to post them on to us. Which they do but when the package arrives the pack bears no resemblance to what our instructions say we need.

We call again and inform them of our error and again they send a package out to us and again it bears no resemblance the number of screws and glues etc needed. At this point I look to see if by added the two packages together we have enough kit to assemble the book case. The packs are see through and with out needing to open them I can see quickly that we have not been sent enough latches and hinges.

We called again and it became obvious that they didn't know what we needed.

We then called again and listed the items that the instructions say we need.

We then receive an email stating that we need to list the items that we are missing. (There over 30 different parts in the packs and hundreds of individual pieces. screws etc) At this point I called and lost my patience. I'm not opening to incorrect packs and starting count hundreds of screws and washes because a company can not be bothered to send the correct pack out to us in the first place. I said I would be willing to simply post the incorrect packs back to receive a complete correct set pieces we need. Apparently this was not an option. They have a list of parts the instructions say we need and are not willing to send that list.

It leaves me no option other than posting this and writing to get a refund which I doubt I will ever see.

The simple truth is they didn't know what they had sent me and didn't know what to send. It's there product!

It has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Dont Mbuy From This Company

:( I saw this company on the internet and after pondering on a good deal concerning a mattress and box spring I chose Dfw furniture direct. Boy was I sorry I dealt with jeff who is the owner, he was suppose to call me and inform me as to when he received my order since I called him right before the order was made. Needless to say I had to call him not one time did Jeff call me even when he changed the date into which my mattress would be delivered. I called him after waiting around most of the day for my order that he was suppose to be delivering the day after next. Once I had gotten it, it was dirty and looked as though it had been used, I decided not to call Jeff anymore because he has said on his site that he does not do refunds. My advice to you is buyer beware please dont spend top dollar for something dirty and used, keep your money and go to some place that has good service and good reviews.

I Live In Abilene, Tx (about 4 Hours Outside Of Th

I live in Abilene, TX (about 4 hours outside of the company's delivery area) and they offered to deliver my merchandise for free considering the dollar amount. I had all of my furniture the following week. The delivery people brought everything out, assembled all of my furniture, set it up in my house, and were back on the road in an hour flat.

The prices are incredible, the service was impressive, and I just placed another order with them. I've read the bad reviews and I can honestly say that my experience was nothing short of perfect. I could not be more pleased.

Hello my name is Kristin Wilks and I have ordered from dfw direct 2 seperate times. The first time I ordered my furniture thy did not deliver at all when they were suppose to, as a matter of fact they didnt even call to say they were not coming or that they were behind. I know this is a small company but they do not know poo when it comes to customer service. I have daelt with ALOT of furniture stores in my time and 'mattress ready' means it comes with a mattress. When my sons bed showed up it had no mattress at all. I called and spoke to Jeff who said that it means its ready doe a mattress. Well every bed is ready for a mattress. I even asked the gentleman when I placed the order if that meant the mattresses were included and he said yes. Jeff said he was sorry for the mixup and that he could give me a cheap $85 mattress but I had to come get it myself. The prices are good but they are not good enough to be cheated out of your money. The furniture is not good quality and the service is not worth dealing with. I read these bad reviews before I went through them and told myself owell like Im going to have anything hapen to me and end up dealing with them. I was wrong dont use this company at all. If you want good furniture for a great price go to Canales furniture they have multiple locations and the service is great. They got me 2 mattress' and delivered it the same day at no charge. I also ordered my dinnette set throught hem and I love them. They can get you what you want for the price you want. They deliver on time and they set up also. I would not ever recommend dfw direct to anyone. Please dont overlook the bad reviews found on this company like I did.I only put 1 star on customer service because I had to but they don't deserve any.
