I specifically called in my order from Canada and was told that the chair I ordered was exactly the same colour in wood tone, but I would have a brown seat. I got the order which was over 300.00 US and it was an orange chair! They would not return it and then when we tried to put it together one arm was broken as well as the base??????

The lady who took my order did not tell me that I would be getting a chair from a different manufacturer...just that the only difference in the chair that I wanted and the one I originally ordered was the seat colour!

Because I was not happy with the product I received from Everything Furniture, I was forced to pay a 15% restocking fee on the total purchase ($900), and I also had to pay a very high freight charge to return the items...So I do feel that this company does not care about customer service or customer satisfaction.

I would never order from Everything Furniture again!

One chair arrived from Everything Furniture without its central pivot, and the other had misaligned bolt holes on both the base and left arm. You'd have thought that if two thirds of an order are defective, a complaint would be met with at least an apology, rather than comtempt, and punitive cancellation charges.
