Good Customer Service
I was advised over the phone of a chandelier for my house. It’s fantastic! I was a bit nervous after reading a couple of reviews although that was instantly settled after speaking to customer services . Very polite , offered lots of advice and even had an electrician there to assist my decision . Apparently they are now under new management .

Item Never Arrived, Neither Has The Refund
Ordered item in May. 2022. Three weeks after it was due I requested a refund. No communication from the seller. 8 days following written confirmation that a refund had been given, I am still waiting to receive my money back.

Poor service and no customer communication. I had to chase delivery and ask for a refund!?
Thank you taking the time to respond. It is appreciated. Unfortunately there was a failure to communicate any issue with the refund. Just failed to provide one despite communication that it had been. Until it was escalated via PayPal.
I accept the refund was provided but only after an escalation. The process and communication around refunds needs to be improved.
I am however grateful this has now been resolved.

Apologirs for your experience . Unfortunately due to your order and payment having 2 different registered email address this caused a delay . The refund was immediately completed once this issue was resolved .

Solid Mirrored Furniture
After using many furniture shops online , I decided to try Forever Furnishings. I have to say that I am very pleased with the Manhattan black and Mirror bedside tables. These feel very solid and are very heavy, they look great. The delivery came and all was undamaged and was on time as pre-booked. Good service.

Poor Quality Product
Purchased the silver snakeskin console table - legs didn't fit properly and console wobbles!! Holes didn't line up with the legs. Emailed and advised her and her response was that she would let the manufacturer know!!!! Will definitely not be purchasing anything from this site again. I will now have to get the item adjusted myself. Also noticed lots of yellow marks on the top of the console - couldn't be bothered even letting Forever Furnishings know as don't believe they would have been interested in sorting it out to be honest.

I am pleased to say my new Gin Shu table arrived today and looks even better than online. The quality of the item is very good. Delivery was booked in by email and arrived on time with a pallet company. Will more than likely be buying the matching coffee table very soon.

I have had quite a good deal on here compared to other furniture sites on my sofas. The delivery team were very nice and helpful as well as the lady I spoke to in the phone. Good site all in all, and I will use again .

Mirror Wasn't Finished Properly
My order of a mirror took three months to arrive.I was given a delivery date on three separate days ,they never delivered on two of the days which I had taken off work.when I eventually got the mirror the hooks on the back were not fitted properly I had to get someone to adjust them.one was two inches higher than the other.when I notified them they asked for a photo.what to take the mirror off the wall weighed a ton.They also asked me for a pay slip because of the days I took off work.The whole experience is completely unacceptable.I haven't heard from them since!!
We apologise that you are not happy with our service The mirror was delivered within the advertised timescale due to it being in production at the time of order ( we did notify you of this at the time of order). if you were not happy to wait the 10 weeks our team would have cancelled the order or a full refund on your instruction - no quibbles.
We require a photo of any faults/ damage to organise an exchange of goods, as per our terms and conditions on our website, which is inline with the manufacturer's policy.
As we use 3rd party couriers your claim for late delivery is with them unfortunately and not us. A payslip is required for you to be fully reimbursed. Although the claims are not directly with us we will happily assist you . Please contact the office if you would like our assistance.

Taken Money And No Communication Or Delivery 10 Days Later!
This is appalling!
I have called more than 30 times over the past three days. No body picks up!
I have emailed sales 3 times with no response!
I have filled in the on-line request contact form, which when sent returned as undeliverable!
I have also waited over 20 minutes trying to connect to the on-line help service and there is no-one there!
We have since spoken to the customer and it appears our live chat was offline although the engineer on site informed us that this facility was functioning as normal, this technical issue has now been reported to the engineer as we would not want our customer to wait unanswered . We have apologised to the customer for this.
Unfortunately our phone lines have been down for 24 hours( not 3 days). The customer then emailed which we replied to within 2 hours. Live chat was answered after 4 minutes although he had then disconnected. Apologies to the customer for this.
The delivery timescales are advertised within the product description. The order has a 3 week delivery timescale and therefore all communication has been emailed to the email address that the account was opened with.
Our phone lines are now up and running again.
