Bought a bed through Wowcher.

It arrived not like the picture.

Customer service is rubbish

Won't exchange without me spending 150 to 200 pounds more and expect me to pay £49 for them to pick up after hidden charge of £39.99 to get delivered.

False advertising no good .

DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

So after a weeks wait and complaint after complaint. A king size mattresses turned up. Not the king size pillow top that I paid for a budget thing I could of got off amazon for half the price. They won't return it or give me a refund. But its OK I have your business address so will be dropping it off to you ASAP and not leaving until I get a refund and you can pay my fuel costs aswell. You've ripped off the wrong person this time!!

I wish the reviews on wowcher would have been really not the fake 5 star ones. Avoid at all costs, do not buy from these!!

Brought a bed of Wowcher. Broke within 2 months. Emailed the support centre to see if I could get a replacement. Clearly broken in the photos I sent, now the email address for the support centre is unavailable… clearly blocked me.

Mattress the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever had. Cheaply made. Bed very poor quality.

For the first time ever I purchased from WOWCHER Voucher. The Company was HOME & GARDEN and Ffurnitureitalia a new bed and mattress. It was supposed to be in a sale. NEVER again. The worse company ever. First mattress was so soft you just sunk in it. They replaced but I had to pay extra for an upgrade. Within 3 months the base failed and was creaking like made. They replaced that in November. Then the mattress failed again and severe backache is the result every morning. Then the base also failed again worse than the first time. I contacted the company back in February and they stated nothing could be done as it was out of warranty. Apparently they only give 5 months but there is nothing at point of sale and no paper work arrives with the items. Hundreds of emails later they agreed to replace the base and upgrade again for a further payment. They wanted cash on delivery! I refused to do that and again many emails later they agreed payment online. Within a few days I get a phone call saying warranty out of date, they should not have offered replacements and they will do nothing else. I am reporting them to Trading Standards but apparently you go through the CAB these days, so I will be making an appt. It is disgusting that they can get away with a 6 month warranty. So be WARNED this company is HOME GARDEN/FURNITURE ITALIA

Bought a so called 'Quality bed and Memory Foam' Mattress from this company on Wowcher. Buyer Beware, its a cheap divan set and the mattress is spring only. It's so soft you can feel the divan base, it seems to be half filled. This is not the quality bed they advertised. It will have to do hngil our new one arrives.

We ordered and received a so called quality bed in january. The mattress collapsed in March, replaced the collapsed again in June. But this time so did the bed. It's made of the cheapest rubbish I've ever seen. Literally pine and cardboard.

This bed was not worth the money paid, it is the most basic bed I have ever bought. No instructions with it and predrilled holes covered with material so had to make hole in it. Wish I had read reviews about this company before ordering.

From day 1 I noticed that 1 side of the mattress was insufficiently stuffed. Within 3 months turned mattress and realised that there were lumps and dents all over. I tried complaining (what a waste of time) gave up and sent photographic evidence to both F.I and Wowcher, no response. The mattress has so little support on the side I slide out of bed, which would be funny if it wasn't so sad. I wouldn't ever recommend F.I to anyone.
