Bought 2x2 new jackson recliner on delivery they seemed OK, within a day 1 settee started to click every time you sat down, then after a while did it when you moved, contact the supplier who said this is normal for a jackson and he had several other customers complain, he advised it was the mecanisium but was normal, I advised him I don't spend a lot money on a product that is not fit for purpose and Three months on and no joy from any body they take your money and run settee is a bloody disarter

When we bought the 'Turner' We took a long time choosing it as it's a costly purchase (£2000) and it was essential we bought a product that looked good, was comfortable and lasted. We felt hugely confident about purchasing G-Plan because of its excellent reputation.

We probably should have returned it right away because the fabric doesn't fit the furniture properly and is ruched in several places making it look third rate and messy. Not at all what we expected of a G-Plan product. Also,the 2 halves of the back of the 2 seater sofa don't match and are different heights. The fabric isn't wearing well and the seats are no longer supportive (my husband and I are of small to average build and the suite hasn't exactly been under weight stress).

We appreciate the suite is coming up to 5 years old now ( purchased May 2018 from Bradbeers) which you may feel is long enough for a suite to last, we had hoped

for longer but we're truly anxious to replace it now and are saving up to do this.

A very disappointing experience.

I paid £5,000 for a G plan grey Watson suite 4 WEEKS ago and its a mess, the main problem is the back cushions went flat and the leather "corrugated" after sitting in it for an evening. Nettletons said it needs "dressing and showed me to plump up the sides and top of the back cushions - didn't work - the inspectors from both Nettletons and G Plan told me I have to unzip the back cushions and beat them into submission before attaching them to the suite - every day I sit on it ! I was shown how to put cushions I have in the house into the back of the suite to plump it up and improve the appearance . The bottom cushion on one of the chairs is 8 cms at one side and 3 cms at the other, but G Plan say this is within their tollerences ! I want my money back but am told there is nothing wrong with it, we just need to DRESS it ! ! DO NOT BUY G PLAN LEATHER < ITS RUBBISH>

We recently bought G Plan sofas because, stupid us, we believed their marketing hype. They claim their Washington sofas have "excellent lumbar support". Well they don't. They're just rubbish. G Plan brags about the quality of their seat fillings but they have such poor firmness that they give little or no support and the overall sofa design is so bad it doesn't help either. G Plan agreed to change the seat cushions on one sofa because they wrinkled up badly after just sitting on them for an hour. We're sure the one in the shop was more comfortable. Who knows. Wish we'd never wasted our money, but don't waste yours.
