Horrendous Customer Service!
If I could give no stars I would.I ordered 2 hanging wall baskets, however the 2 items delivered were 2 patio heaters each weighing over 9kg. I emailed them to arrange a collection from the address these were DELIVERED to,not the billing address. All you get is an automatic response advising that they will respond within 24 hours. When they eventually responded several days later they confirmed the date of the pick up. However they sent the courier to the billing address & not the DELIVERY address. More emails were sent to correct, courier was sent to the correct address,but were instructed to collect only ONE item! Even more emails ( when they could be bothered to reply). Courier arrived yet again at the billing address. Another set of emails, no reply other than the auto response " 24 Hours " and they will reply. Well they didn't, so made a phone call, very nice lady told her everything and SHE arranged the correct collection. Meanwhile eventually get a response (by email) from the "customer services" advising us to reorder the correct items ,request next day de!ivery and to let them know and they will refund the cost of the delivery. Duly sent email 30th April advising them and requesting refund ( I HAD been charged for next day delivery), got the auto 24hours to respond email - NOTHING. Sent a chased email 4th May NO RESPONSE and NO REFUND (to date 9th May). Customer Service for this company and any related company is appalling and None Existent.

No Flexibilty, Do Not Order
Do not use this company! I ordered something for my elderly mum and found within 5 minutes that she had asked another family member to order so within 10 mins of ordering, I tried to cancel! They said it was too late and the order had gone - the company stink and have no flexibility. They send mounds of junk mail/catalogues once they have your details and the live chat advisor cut me off when I complained.

House of bath sell quality goods I've had 4) Egyptian cotton sheets 750 thread lovely. Recently purchased a football leather wallet was excellent value for money! Only problem is they use Hermes to deliver your goods. Good luck!!

I ordered a small item for my hall. This never arrived. On parcel tracking courier company wrote"could not deliver due to access problems". Didn't know what this meant as never had a problem before - either with company or courier.
When I contacted company (as courier said could not comment to customer) they sent me a form to fill in re missing item (I felt they were accusing me of theft).
Form filled in and had to put on a stamp AND mentioned comment by courier.
Money refunded but still no response regarding courier comment.
I wrote again to ask about courier comment - did not want to order again if same thing was going to happen.
Still no reply to this question. Just keep getting different customer service rep's responding - and not answering the question - and not able to respond to customer service email as any replies are sent to a different customer rep. The right and left hand working independently.
Mean while I was stockpiling catalogues. and when I asked them to desist until my query was answered, I received a response asking if I wished to close my account!! Yes, I said, close it and do not send any more catalogues, if you can't be bother to answer a simple question.
An e mail today (number 8 I think) saying they had contacted courier and they were unable to give a reason to my query because it happened in September 2017!!!! So why didn't they ask the courier company earlier when I pointed it out to them

I Ordered Two Hot Water Bottle Covers Which Were A
I ordered two hot water bottle covers which were a gift, delivered to someone else. My friend got in touch to ask if I had meant to send her a pair of old men's shoes. It was rather embarrassing that they screwed up the order. She said the box was all battered and tatty and clearly the wrong item.
When I tried calling House of Bath, no one picked up the phone, I emailed them and no one replied, I filled out their online form and again no response.
Surely they can't make this many mistakes? I'd advise anyone with similar experiences to report it to trading standards. Hopefully we will save others from this.
Dreadful, Horrible Experience
I WOULD RECCOMMEND NO ONE SHOPS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!. IT WAS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I AM 65.......SO THATS SAYING SOMETHING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES SUPPORT WHATSOEVER.

Appalling Lack Of Communication
I ordered 2 identical items on 26/09/17. Only one arrived. I telephoned (at 13p per minute) and was told tat there had been a problem with the delivery but that the order for the second item was cancelled. I have still not been credited with this amount nd am now asked to give proof of non- delivery! Moreover, I have had no response to my frequent correspondence. The email address is hard to find nad clearly unused. I am not prepared to spend time on the telephone at premium rates!
Disgusting Service After A Bereavement.
My mother ordered a table from house of bath,we received an email on 9th Oct asking for us to arrange a delivery date however,my mother passed away suddenly on the 11th Oct. I emailed Arrow the delivery company and explained the situation requesting the table be delivered to my address as we had 3 weeks to clear my mum's flat out. Arrow replied asking me to get in touch with house of bath. I called house of bath spoke to a lady,she said she would authorise the change of address no problem. This was on the 17th Oct.
I emailed Arrow with this update they replied they would await house of bath's instructions. As I hadn't heard anything I called house of bath 23rd Oct only to be told the order had been cancelled and a refund had been made to my mothers bank account. I said my mothers bank account had been closed due to her passing. I asked to speak to a manager and was promised a call back on the same day,I am still waiting !!!. I did not receive any call or acknowledgement from the house of bath regarding their decision to refund the money and had I have not called them again chasing this matter I still would not know what was going on. At this very difficult time of arranging my mum's funeral and dealing with the grief of losing her this is the last thing I should be doing. House of bath have shown no compassion and their customer service is non existent. I am disgusted by the whole sorry mess.if I could give less than one star rating I would have.

Made order by post with cheque.Received letter requesting me to reorder and make second payment of same amount before order can be processed,What is that about.?
I expect it will be wishful thinking to expect a refund as I have now cancelled my order.No doubt of course the amount has already been debited from my account.Time will tell if I manage to receive a refund.,

Worst Customer Service Ever On Returned Item & Refund

Bought a electric fire & it was faulty
Called them and was asked to send it back & would get refund in 21 days -over 50 days later, no refund and when I call I get a stupid automated thing at 33 pence a minute which will eventually and after about 5mins &£1.75 later get you in touch with a human .
They then tell you they can't find the order even although all details were emailed to them with invoice copy twice.
Was asked to email details again and was assured of the refund which I am still waiting for.
What a poor outfit to deal with - went to Currys & got a fire and will never use HOB again.
Stay well away from these people
