We purchased the Serenity Chair, Cube Footstall both in Faux Leather and the large Serenity Sofa bed in Astral Cocoa. We are both very happy with the comfort of the furniture and the apparent sturdiness of the sofa bed. The only (small) complaint I have is with the quality of the finish and look of the faux leather. But then for the price I shouldn't really complain! I would definately buy from them again, but not the faux leather range.

I was amazed at the quality of the sofabed I purchased (Large Leyburn Sofabed), as I must admit after seeing the price and the fact it comes flat packed, and at a price of just £399 I was expecting just a half-decent spare sofa to fill the space in the lounge, and allow friends to sleep over.

My wife and I now use this as our main sofa as it is so comfy and well made.

The customer service was remarkable - I received constant communication regarding the order. The free fabric samples they sent us really helped pick the right shade and texture you can't get from a computer screen.

Building it took 2 hours (with a bottle of wine though), and it was a piece of cake.

Can't speak highly enough. I feel like I got a £1000 sofabed for £400.

My first experience with Intosofa and it has been a good one. I searched online and on foot extensively for some time looking for good value for money sofas and how pleased I was to have found Intosofa as their products \"ticked all the boxes\". After putting up for ages with sofas with fibre filled seats and back cushions that always looked squashed and getting fed up of always trying to punch them back to shape I was looking for decent foam seats and more obedient back cushions as well as a generous selection of fabric choices. I also found the fibre fill sofa not good for posture. My Intosofa order of 2 sofas arrived a few days ago and they are superb. Deep seat cushions of quality foam I'm sure will last for many years and even though the back cushions are fibre filled they are more resilient and thicker so I'm sure they wont need a regular punch up! I didn't particularly need self assembly sofas but it is definitely an advantage as there's no struggling trying to avoid damage through doorways etc. and I was able to stack the sections (of 2 sofas) in a very small porch until ready for assembling. There are only 5 parts per sofa apart from cushions (all parts are already upholstered) and just need bolting together with the large machine screws, an allen key being the only tool needed which is supplied. When assembled they are sturdy, solid and good looking pieces of furniture that certainly are good value for money. Incidentally, initially it was only when I added the word 'modular' to 'sofa' in the search engine that I discovered the company.

I needed a compact sofabed to fit into a small area in my lounge, I found Intosofa online and spoke to them at length about their products. My sofabed arrived this Monday and I'm very happy with it. It was easy to put together and is particularly comfortable. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

I placed an order for a sofa, booked my delivery date and guess what no sofa. No courtesey call to inform me of the delay either. So I tried to contact them by phone, leaving several voicemails...no reply.

I took their advice and left two emails and yet again, no response.

Eventually I received an email to explain that the company had to restructure due to a family issue. They have never taken the money from my account, so that is a positive. Just a little communication could have resolved the problem.

trying to get samples so I could order sofa, still waiting, no reply to telephone, just message telling you to email, but they do not reply to emails. Did deal with them a few months ago and they were fine. Have they gone bust?????

I have owned by sofa bed with inflatable mattress just around a year now. When selecting this sofa bed I asked Intosofa's advice and told them it would be my bed and sofa for everday use and they said it would be fine, hence taking their recommendation for the inflatable mattress as it's more comfortable. You get what you pay for and the sofa is average but the customer service is dreadful!!

First time the pump failed about 7 months in to having the sofa bed, it took weeks for them to source a replacement (which I had to pay for) and I had to chase them up constantly.

Second pump failed just over 3 weeks ago and initialy spoke to INtosofa who wanted me to return the pump so they could send it off to manufacturer. So i sent it off to them the next day requesting a replacement in the meantime as my bed is uncomfortable without being able to inflate the mattress.

I have heard nothing since, I have emailed, sent letters and over the last couple of weeks the phone is permanently on a voicemail message saying to email them, but no way of leaving a message. Going to get some legal advice and see what I can do next.

Shame as the concept is great....

Honestly, for the price I thought there must be a catch somewhere. I ordered an armchair for my new loft room and the stairs were too narrow to take up a proper armchair so this seemed the best solution. I wasn't disappointed. It looks very nice and is very comfortable and took me approx 30 mins to assemble. Personally I wouldn't recommend this for your living room if you can get in decent furniture. Nevertheless even if it only lasts a few years I would definitely purchase another. One peeve - the seat brace came witht the fabric stapled to the wrong edge which confused me, but with a little thought I managed to put it right.

Ordered corner sofa- for small area. The measurements etc on website were very easily explained. Excellent price,ordered, arrived when promised, very well wrapped for protection. Instructions easy to follow and within 2hrs easily we were sitting on sofa with cuppa and relaxing. Very comfy and sturdy --well worth the money. Would recommend this company.

Arrived on time. Good quality for price. One part the wrong size (seat brace too big) but we were able to modify it ourselves.Lovely fabric. Clear and easy instructions. From arrival to sitting on it with a cup of tea took around 2 hours. Thinking about getting the matching armchair.
