No Communication And No Bed

The reviews about the product that I wanted seemed good so I ordered a bed in November 2022 with a 1-3 week delivery. After three weeks I had received no communication from the company and they had not responded to any of my numerous telephone calls, emails or Facebook messages. After Christmas it was apparent that the company had no intention of supplying my bed. Luckily I had paid through PAYPAL who managed to recoup the money paid.

Avoid At All Costs

AVOID at all costs! Ordered a bed beginning of September on a 3 - 4 week delivery. Cancelled order by mutual agreement as no sign after 10 weeks. Operations director agreed to refund in full however, even after many emails money was not returned. Ended up having to invoke section 75 credit card dispute to get the refund. Order from this company at your own risk and only if you have plenty of time to chase and chase and chase. .

Wish I Could Give 0 Stars

Where to start? Delivered my order 4 months late, meaning I was sleeping on the floor for the entirety of that time. Showed no remorse whatsoever, not offering an apology at any point.

Their correspondence was also extremely poor - most emails wouldn’t be replied to for a fortnight and some wouldn’t be responded to at all.

The bed was over priced and came slightly chipped. I repeatedly asked for a refund and not only did they not give one after verbally promising over the phone, they repeatedly ignored my follow up emails.

Rude company, useless products, overpriced and slow. Please avoid at all circumstances.

Incorrect Bed Dimensions

Bought a Lavezzi storage bed which on line was statec as 197cm in length, which would fit nicely in my small bedroom with a little but adequate room to get round the end of the bed, however when put together the bed is actuallh 208cm in length. The company hadn'g included for the depth of the headboard or the width of the base frame in their dimensions stated o the information for this bed.

Terrible Customer Service

1) Delivery - I received an email telling me that I would be contacted to arrange delivery. A few days later, I received an email saying that the bed would be delivered that day. I immediately emailed to say that this was not convenient as I was at work. I then received an email to say that the company had left the bed with my neighbours. They are 80 years old, and were left with a double bed in their lounge all day whilst I was at work. It was then left to me (a 5ft 2" woman) and my 80 year old neighbour to manhandle the bed into my house. Needless to say, they were less than happy, and rightly so.

2) The item does not match the colour on the website swatch. It is quite significantly different. The company have offered to exchange the item - for a collection fee of over £50!

3) I sent an email of complaint which was ignored. After 4 days, I sent a polite reminder, which, again was ignored. I ended up having to phone the company (at a cost to me, as it is an 0844 number!), and still with absolutely no satisfaction. They say that I have to pay the collection cost up front, and then they "will decide" whether the swatch colour is different to the item I received, and make a decision whether to refund the collection fee (and we can guess what they will decide, can't we!)

Dreadful customer service, slow, irresponsible, and no hint of any goodwill gesture. Very disappointing.

Excellent Service And Lovely Bed

Delivery driver phoned apologise as was running late and we were really pleased with bed . Looks lovely and is very sturdy bought with mattress, daughter says is very comfy!

My Bed

So ordered a 4ft bed online read the reviews which i'm always skeptical about for obvious reasons but the bed came as promised as ordered, on the delivery day and with no fuss at all easy to assemble and great quality....and trust me im fussy as hell

Great Bed, Bad Service.

The quality of the bed for the price was unbeatable. The standard of service from the company could have been better. They were very happy to take our money immediately, we paid the extra for the fast delivery and did not receive it. When I rang to find out about the failed delivery they were very rude and then told me they'd ring back which of course they didn't. It is very hard to find reasonable quality 4ft beds as nowadays they appear to be considered childrens size beds so unfortunately we would use the company again but with less expectations of good service.
