Absolutely Shocking Quality
Ordered two recliner chairs
Ordered two recliner chairs, had to chase delivery after a couple of weeks after they were due, to then be told that the one chair was no longer in stock and they would send a similar one with same spec.
They eventually got delivered, now after nearly 4 months the covering off the foot part on the one chair is falling off in big chunks, and cracking and peeling off on in other parts.
I emailed the company explaining and showing them photos to be told that it was sold as seen as it was a reduced item and that there is no warranty, the case being it was an ex demo and the items were sold as seen.
Well they were not sold as seen because the one chair was not what I purchased it was a substitute.
Even an Ex demo should surely not be falling apart after such little use amyway, I would hate to think what the quality of their other sofas are like.
Don't waste your money and time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!
i brought the verona sofa from them and it was delivered late! When arrived the delivery men were so unprofessional, asking me to help carry the sofa and unwrap it and them left all the wtapping behind. I then sat down once they left and and arm on sofa moved and creaked. Rang up anf took ages to get back to me as had to send video proof. They then sent a "rep" round which was thw delivery man from before. He took his own videos then said id get a call. 4 days later no call so
ing and they say they will delievr new part. Great i think. Takes 2 weeks. They AGAIN ask me to help carry and unwrap the sofa and even if i can screw the feet in myself! I said no. So they leave i sit in sofa and i think it's fine. Then next day i sit on it in morning with coffee and it creaks and it gets worse through the day and days. I call up and mention the bad quality and the manager says "my delivery men said your a large man" somi said i weighed 18stone and that it doesn't state on website a weight limit. Also he said it's for "light domestic use" again not stated in website. He then got cocky and hung up.
I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a sofa and paid the extra to have a 5 - 7 day delivery. Received an email stating they would be in contact with delivery date within 21 days? Attempted to call the company numerous occasions, even though they state open until 8pm don’t think you’ll get anyone, as it just rings out! In daytime hours, I have been holding for up to an hour, then they cut you off. I still haven’t spoken to anyone regarding my order!

Bought a leather sofa that broke in 8 months but didn't report until 13 months. Contacted customer service who informed me the warranty had run out, fine. They couldn't help me find a replacement part or recommend a repair shop. Ultimately they wanted nothing to do with me. I will not repurchase from them and recommend you steer clear.

Unbelievable company. What jokers!! They have no idea what they are doing. Please read all the negative reviews as these are the honest reviews from honest customers. All the positive ones are from their own friends or fake reviews. Was told on the day of purchase that 99% the item was in stock and would be with me the following week on saturday as saturdays was their delivery day for London. But sat came and went and no delivery of sofas. I had to call up and ask and what was happening. I was then told there was a problem with the sofa and the manufacturer couldnt get the sofas to them until 3 weeks later. Its been 6 weeks now. No one calls me..i have to keep calling them and asking whats happening. You speak to the same ladies who give you the same stories and nothing ties up or makes sense. The ladies are one who sounds nice and friendly...but hasnt got a clue...and in the end just feeds u stories and another who has even less of a clue than the first woman.
I was offered a 10% discount for the hassle...but i still have not received this either...even though ive sent them my bank details via email.
What a bunch of jokers. I had my reservations about buying from them..which i did express at the time..but then i got entrapped by the sofas and the prices.
PLS AVOIDE AT ALL COST. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!

More like plastic leather world! I bought 2 Zillow sofa's that were changed due to tearing of the (leather) PLASTIC after 4 months. The two replacements also teared, Reported them to trading standards and filed for a CCJ only to be informed by the court that they've gone into liquidation, AGAIN! changed hands and continued as Leather sofa world, same premises, same staff and selling the same rubbish.

And I payed for it all .

Paid for delivery ,unwrap and legs on a settee it was put in room and left ,was promised delivery charge back as I had to do it all and then I noticed back leg scratched either side sent pictures a emails and a few phone calls they answer calls but not emails they do not have a customer services they just fob you off keep away

I ordered a sofa in Dec. Sofa world Told me it would be delivered in 2 working days which turn out to be 2 weeks! I rang them on the day of delivery to see if they had a time slot to be told they had forgot to put it on the truck. It arrived the next day by one guy on a pallet and have a guess what!!! it was damaged which I then phone the company to tell them this . I got no apology and was told they would get a new sofa out to me straight away. Only at the start of last week after constantly emailing them the last six days I finally get a response which says the sofa will be delivered till mid February. But they did offer me £100 off the sofa if I kept keep it. The sofas may look really nice good quality and cheap to buy but it not worth it. A old saying comes to mind by, buy cheap buy twice. spend your hard earned money somewhere else these are not worth the paper they're written on
