Clowns!
Never got an acknowledgement my order was received. Tried calling but after 45 -60 minutes on hold, the line was dropped (several times). Emailed them, got an acknowledgement they got it and someone will reply. No one did.
I went ahead and got what I need from eBay. I got it right away. a month and a half later, I am getting my package from onlinfabric. Sure, blame it on Covid but I say this happened because you run a clown business. I am still disputing their charge with Amex. What a waste of time!

Terrible Terrible Service - Do Not Do Business With These Pe
In May 2020 we placed an order online and within minutes received a confirmation. But then nothing. No communication what so ever. We required the fabric for a project that was due the end of the month but heard nothing. We left multiple voicemails with no replies. We sent multiple email and again no replies. Then we began attempting to cancel the order multiple time both via vmail and emailand guess what? No response.
We purchased what we needed from another source and then on july 10, 2020 the product arrives. We tried to catch the carrier to refuse the order but did't make it in time. sO WE ATTEMPTED TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND WAS REFUSED BECAUSE THEY SAID "WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS ON REMNANTS.
Oh well, we are out $60 for a lesson learned. Please don't do business with this very poorly run company.
If we had known that the shipment wasn't going to be shipped for months and that both requests for cancellation and return authorization wold be refused, well like I said a lesson learned.

Worst Possible Online Shopping Store
It has been 6 weeks since I placed an order & I have no idea if/when I will receive it. Calls are placed on hold without ability to leave message or receive a call-back. My last hold time was 20 minutes before I hung up. Emails to customer service receive an auto-reply and that’s it. Yesterday I received an email (the first since my order confirmation) stating that my order has been shipped. Not according to the UPS tracking number, though — 24 hrs later and all that’s happened is that the UPS label was generated. It still hasn’t been shipped. Do not shop here - online shopping simply does not get any worse than this.

Ridiculous Service
I ordered on May 1, it is now June 25. Since there is NO WAY to check the status of your order online, I was forced to email them. TWICE. Third email, I canceled the order. THEN I got a reply. I get the COVID thing and understand there have been delays, but at least let people know or view the status of their orders. This place is simply not worth the aggravation.

I ordered 2 rolls of cotton batting from Online Fabric Store. It has been about 8 weeks and I have not received the batting. I have called, left messages and e mailed the customer service department at least a half a dozen times. They have not returned my messages or e mails. I will never order from this store again. Hopefully the batting will arrive soon. Maybe even before the so called customer service department returns my attempts at contacting them.

Do Not Order From Online Fabric Store. The Worst
I MADE A MISTAKE TO ODER FROM THEM. THEY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER. THEY WON'T PICK UP THE PHONE OR ANSWER MY EMAILS. I CAN'T CHANGE THE ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO. BUT I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM.
I THINK THIS COMPANY ARE ROBBERS.
I MIGHT JUST BE OUT $100. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.

Terrible experience. Took 3 separate phone calls (waiting on hold forever) to find out why my order of samples had not arrived. They finally shipped the order and then it was incomplete. Stupidly, I went ahead and placed my fabric order. I only received 4 of the 6 fabrics I ordered. They did NOT let me know that they were out of 2 of the fabrics. They told me that the remaining 2 fabrics would ship in 2 days. It's now more than a week later and no shipment. I sent an email 2 days ago. No answer I just tried to call AGAIN and no one answers the phone. I will NEVER order from this place again. Use Fabric.com. They are professional, fast, and you know whether or not your fabric is in stock when you place your order.

I ordered down pillow inserts, 7, of them to be exact. After 3 weeks and no order in sight I emailed them to check on status
Of the order. No response from them but my pillows did come in a matter of days. However the size of one pillow was wrong. I emailed twice to ask how to correct the error. No response. Finally I called. I was told she would have to talk with shipping dept and get back to me. Of course I never heard from them again!
I will never order from here again and I wish I had read these reviews before hand. Plenty of places to order from other than here!

Not A Good Fabric Source For Canadian Buyer
NOT FOR CANADIAN BUYERS!!!
This is the first time I bought fabric and sewing supplies from onlinefabricstore, the overall experience is good, the shipping is fast, but when UPS delivered the package, I was asked to pay $37 brokerage fee for a purchase of $87.20, almost 42% of the total merchandise. I have purchased fabrics from other online fabric sources in the States to ship to Canada, some of them also use UPS, I have never been asked to pay brokerage fee. Plus, I have to pay the shipping charge of $25,03.
onlinefabricstore is not a good fabric source for Canadian buyers. I won't buy from them anymore.

I ordered a few things (the things I really needed, pleater tape & drapery hooks, plus a few more things to get up to free shipping). 11 days after my order, after part of it had already shipped, I was told that the pleater tape was on back order. a) 11 days to tell a customer something is on back order is no good, and b) their having already shipped other things, I couldn't cancel the whole order and go elsewhere for someone else's free shipping.
And when the pleater tape arrived (soon after the backorder email), it was crooked.
The one positive was that when I called after the back order email, the person I spoke to was able to tell me what was going on, and that the item had already shipped.
