The main concern I had with this company was the very rude manner in which my complaint was dealt with. I rang them to see whether they could offer some resolution to the fact that the staingard company they had recommended were refusing to deal with a stain on our new sofa because it had been caused by a wild bird! From the very start of our conversation the member of staff was very abrupt and defensive in her approach. She continually spoke over me and refused to listen to my point of view and wasn't prepared to offer any help whatsoever. In fact she ended the conversation with a very well worn, cliched turn of phrase, "i'n sorry (in a very insorry tone of voice), we cannot help you, we are not a charity." Well I too am sorry that I've had to endure an unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this company.

I never write reviews but felt I had to for such a wonderful company. Went into the parsons green lane showroom in urgent need of a mattress (to collect within a day or two). Didn't like any of the ones on clearance and manager went out of his way checking up online for future clearance stock and was able to sell me a stunning mattress at half price. Had tried and tested many mattresses before going here and found sofas and stuff to be both superior in quality and excellent value. Mattress was wrapped and ready for collection exactly when I needed it. Very happy customer and would definitely use this company in the future.

I purchased my sofas just over a year ago and the large sofa cushions have already lost their puffiness and seem to be shrinking. I contacted sofas and stuff and instead of offering me replacements, I must take a day off work, on a date specified by them, wait for a technician to come tell me why they are rubbish. As a self employed person, this fills me with joy, it would be cheaper for me to just buy new cushions. I also bought sofas with removable covers because with 2 cats, you need to be able to clean them. Unfortunately the dye is not colourfast so you can see the difference in colour between the cleaned cushions and the rest of the sofa.

I decided to refurbish my house and give it a new look. I have kept some furniture I previously had, however it was time to change the 20 year old sofas which the dogs might have enjoyed a little too much. A friend recommended Sofas & Stuff, said she had been very happy with both product and service, so I gae it a go. Their website is very clear and straighforward, you can view each model in different sizes and fabrics. My final decision, after having been to the Parsons Green showroom a few times, was the large Holkham in Charcoal. It got delivered two weeks later by some lovely lads, who set it up and took the packaging back with them, leaving my living room very tidy. I was most impressed with the service of this company and would highly recommend it. Thumbs up!
