The title says it all really. I am thrilled with my ready-made blackout curtains in the fabric called Merlin. It's rare to have read-made and blackout curtains in 100% cotton let alone in a fabric of such nice quality. The price is excellent value too. The workmanship is excellent. What's not to like! I think what impressed me most was the service: ordered samples on Tuesday 8th March which I received then ordered two pairs of curtains which arrived Friday 11th March. Incredible! Highly recommended.

I am so happy with my curtains. They are not cheap, but worth every penny, they keep out the light and also make the room quieter, and I sleep so much better every night with the room dark. The measurements were spot on - the site gives very clear and useful instructions on how to do this.

The quality of the curtains is excellent - very heavy fabric and a good blackout lining.

This curtain company offers you high quality curtains of all sorts. I have always used their service to get my curtains done. Their blend of experience and low cost is something you find rarely.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy quality and fitted curtains. The web site is very helpful, and the people responding to email queries even more so. For example, I was sent not only samples of actual curtain fabrics and designs, but also received samples of the different types of linings after I had asked about these. The person who came for the fitting appointment not only took the measurements but also gave me some useful advice on how much light the curtains would let through and other things to consider.

When the curtains arrived only three weeks after I placed the order, they were fitted by the same person who did the measuring appointment - and they look beautiful and really show the quality of the work that has gone into them. When I changed my mind about which side the cord should go after this had already been fitted, the switch was made - again by the same person - with no fuss and for free.

Mishaps sometimes happen, and how a company deals with them says a lot about that company. In my case there was a minor mishap, with a stain being left on a couch that cannot be dry-cleaned. The people from the Natural Curtain Company dealt with this swiftly and professionally and paid to have the stain removed.

I could not be happier both with the curtains themselves and with the excellent service I have received throughout.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the ease, speed and quality of service, fabric quality and workmanship. The measuring was made very easy using the guideline video and they fitted perfectly. The curtains were beautifully made and arrived inside the time frame I was given. They only difficulty I had was pulling the pencil pleats so that they were even and looked right, I don't know how this could be made easier maybe need to get someone stronger to do it!

Apart from that brilliant. I will be using the NCC again and will recommend you to friends.

The Natural Curtain Company have been fantastic. I went without curtains in my living room and bedroom for over a year as I didn't know where to begin. The site offered clear instructions on what I needed to do i.e. measuring. They have a good selection of fabrics and I could add in extras, like thermal linings etc. They delivered quickly. But best of all was the price which is very reasonable. I've now used them a few times, for our new house, and haven't been dissapointed. I've been recommending them to lots of people!

Well finished, my new linen blinds fitted perfectly. The plastic winder cord on a previous order has been replaced by a smarter looking metallic chain. Much better and stronger I think. Very pleased.

Unfortunately the fabric I chose was out of stock and took about 5 weeks to come in. However the curtains are beautiful, exactly the colour I wanted and were worth the wait.....

Shame about the delays, but excellent end result!

I searched everywhere for good quality, ready made curtains for my son's bedroom. Most ready made curtains are not good quality, not cotton and do not hang well. I nearly purchased a pair from John Lewis (not really what I wanted) but then found the Natural Curtain Company. I contacted them by phone as I wanted advise on colours, the lady was so helpful, I placed an order and they were delivered the next day. The curtains are absolutely beautiful, perfect colour and quality. I cannot recommend enough. I will not be wasting time trawling the internet or the shops next time!

I had lined curtains made for my living room. The quality of the material was outstanding and I still spend moments just admiring them. They were so good I ordered a second pair for the bedroom with blackout lining. They also look stunning. They are very well made and hang well.
