The clue is in the name- Value. Please do not make the same mistake. This lot are an absolute shambles.

If you do want to go with the price then pay on credit card as after month so being messed around I fortunately have section 75 to fall back on and claim for our doors where the paint started peeling off in weeks!

Their answer is to let magician come and fix it. Give them a google- I dare you! They ruined something else for us prior to this experience and had I looked at their reviews I wouldn't have let them anywhere near our house! Just value doors have no other option apparently. It took them 8 weeks to figure that out- that pretty much sums up the competency level of the individuals.

These guys are typical window and doors sales- lovely til you part with the cash then bury their heads in the sand. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Just Value Doors ask you to review them by offering you £12 cash back if you do so - all before you receive your order. If you look at all the 5 star reviews you'll see that they are from people saying 'the order process was great, can't wait to receive them!'.

Yes, the ordering process was great and the staff were helpful. I placed an order in plenty of time for their recommended timelines and emailed to check if I had enough time etc. There was then a slight adjustment of timings at the start due to Flush UPVC windows taking a bit longer than they originally thought but I was still within time and was told that yes everything should be fine and the suggested delivery date would only change if a delivery van broke down etc.

Then a few days before delivery I was told that the windows were delayed by a month. When I complained and said that I had builders renovating my bathroom in a few days I was given the disclaimer of 'we do say you shouldn't plan your builders around us, no guarantees were given' etc. I was told that it was a human error due to a miscalculation of timings about the type of window I had ordered, despite there already having been adjustments made for this.

When I finally had the windows and managed to get the builders back, they noticed that the windowsills I'd been sent were too short. I was told by Just Value Doors that had I notified them at the time of delivery they would have been able to fix this for me - unfortunately I was not about to risk booking builders again until I had the windows in hand so this was not possible.

We had to live with boarded up windows through winter, pay for the scaffolding to remain in place for another month and then use our old windowsills. After complaining I was given a discount that amounted to less than 2% of the purchase price.

I was originally impressed with all the 5 star reviews that Just Value Doors have but if you actually read the reviews of people who have received their order you'll see a lot of stories like mine!

Website was helpful when placing order. Delivery was on specified date (although no time slot). Door fits perfectly and looks great!

Excellent website which a wide range of stock. We were easily able to design the door and window we wanted, everything was clearly explained. Their customer service on the phone was also excellent, answering all the questions we had. Very happy with the service.

I was seeking a new door to match a Crittal window in my back porch. The Just Value heritage range in aluminium was half the price of a similar steel door and the ordering process very easy.

Saw the door we wanted on the internet, had some additional questions so called the number on the website, call answered quickly and all questions answered in a swift and clear way. No attempt at upselling was made which was appreciated and so we went ahead on got the quote emailed and paid two short minutes later. Fab service.

Ordered online windows for cottages we are refurbing. This is my third order. I would definitely recommend using them if you have someone who can fit them for you. We are very pleased with the product
