I ordered a genuine cartridge from this company on 14th July and didn't receive the goods. More than 5 weeks later I have contacted customer services at least 4 times and had no response at all. Fed up with being ignored, the worst company I have ever dealt with for online shopping. I just want a refund.

I ordered replacement cartridges for my Lexmark printer on the 23 March 2013 from 123 inkcartridges.co.uk. Their website states next day delivery if ordered by a certain time, I ordered on a Saturday so expected my order to be dispatched on the Monday, but had to phone the company when they hadn't arrived by the following Wednesday. I inserted the new cartridges on Friday 12th April and the quality of print was appaling ranging from extremely dark and smudgy to faint colour appearing on a black and white document to finally barely visible print and my computer stating that my printer was out of ink. I contacted the company and their response was that they would forward postage for me to return the cartridges and when received they would replace them. I explained that as a business, we run a martial arts club, I needed to be able to print grading cards for this afternoon so I would have to go and purchase new cartridges so could I therefore have a refund but I was told that as more than 14 days had passed since my order this wasn't possible. I would certainly never buy from this company again, the cartridges are poor quality refills and if their products were as good as they claim and they received very few complaints then I would have thought that they would have been happy to refund on this occassion knowing that I was a business that urgently needed cartridges today and this would have enhanced their reputation.
