Brittania Inks Twinpack special deal of two full sets of compatible inks for Canon Pixma 4950 inkjet printer.

fast forward a couple of years from the last review and things have gone further downhill in 2017.

Ink quality for my Canon inkjet very poor, unfortunately ordered the twinpack special offer

They asked me (reasonably enough) if I could try the second set which I did with the same result.

Asked for an address to send them back three times without success, then they said no need to post them back, just a scan of a print would do, so this was done.

No refund but then it all got very creepy and intrusive when they asked me to verify my phone number so someone could talk to me about it as this would help if others had the same experience.

Not wanting to be their guinea pig I asked them not to phone but any further communications must be by email and that a simple refund was all I needed.

No reply since and it is clear they won,t tolerate criticism of their products or refund your money.

Left it as a typical online ripoff and gave them a "nice" writeup in our photo forum rogues gallery but in the meantime have found an online supplier of genuine Canon inks at a good price.

Avoid this company at all costs, not worth the bother.

Ordered ink in August. Sent the wrong ink, returned then they sent the wrong ink again. Agreed to refund my money a month ago and have still not had it. Have sent dozens of emails and they keep saying it will be done next week, then within next few days then last week I was told it will definitely be refunded today. I have come to the conclusion that they never had any intention of refunding my money. It is now three months since my original order!! Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere, at least EBay and Amazon have a complaints procedure.

These inks are super. They last equally as long as the Epson inks and I have printed brilliant photos with them. ~Why would you pay triple for a brand name !!

The delivery is great and overall I am very happy with Britannia and the inks
