Purchased a Canon printer which stopped working after 1 week and Cartridge24 refused to take any responsibility for replacing or refunding. The printer was purchased 3 weeks before xmas as a present for my 75 year old mother so the box was unopened for 3 weeks. When the printer stopped working 1 week after xmas I contacted Cartridge24 who replied that this was not their problem and I needed to deal directly with Canon. They cited their 30 day exchange policy. this product was clearly faulty and not fit for purpose but they would not budge from their policy.

It is also very misleading to have a UK website but when you need to call or return an item you discover they are based in Germany! If I had known this I would not have purchased from this company.

Regardless, I will never use Cartridge24 again and will certainly recommend that friends, family and acquaintances avoid them at all costs. Whilst I understand that retailers must have policies in place, they also need to be able to use their discretion and be flexible.

Terrible customer service!! NOT a UK company!!

First time user and cannot fault. Free delivery from Germany by UPS within days and the cheapest price I could find. Would certainly recommend based on my recent experience.

Ordered some cartridges for my Brother printer, since it's hard fo find cheap prices at my local store. Delivery was on time. All good.

I went through all websites to get a good deal on my brother ink cartridge and could not believe how much cheaper this web site was,i did a bit of research and checked reviews and everthing was good,so i ordered and straight away an e-mail arrived letting me know deliver date and my order and later another one with the invoice and i ordered on a Friday and it came on the Monday,I would definitely use cartridge24 again even though it is based in Germany they dispatched the same day and it came ups as they stated on the order form.

I ordered some cartridges for my office, choosing this supplier mainly because of the very good prices, but then because the clarity of the ordering form AND free delivery. How often to you get to the end of the ordering process to find delivery charges almost more than the item you are ordering! I got an almost immediate email acknowledging my order, and the cartridges came very promptly. I have ordered again from this company, and will also use it to top up at home.

wanted colour ink cartridge for my hp2540, went on internet and found this company was definately cheapest, for 301xl cartridge.

was a simple process as you could just sign in as a guest if you didnt want to open account. so i just signed in and ordered cartridge with free delivery.

I had an Email confirmation within 2 minutes telling me it would be dispatched same day , actually I was more than a little concerned as the company address was in Germany.

However not to worry the email contained an ups tracking number.

I ordered this cartridge on monday 7th march 2014 at 11am it arrived on wednesday 9th march at 9.30am. at my home in county durham, I was able to track it all of the time , Amazed at the great price and the fast free delivery and exactly product I wanted,, the site is very basic but was so simple to use. will definately use again first class service.
