We’ve used Sprint-Ink for a long while now, never had any problems with their cartridges. We have just changed our printer to an HP Laserjet M477fdw and they supplied us with all the toner cartridges. Pricing is very cheap and contacting them to place orders (we have a business account) is very easy. Highly recommend them!

After opening an account, we received the best service and advice on products. We can also recycle the cartridges which is a great plus side for us.

We have now opening an additional account for one of our other companies which was a smooth process. Always received prompt supplies and delivery made when stated.

I placed an order by phone for a set of Epson 79XL ink cartridges. A superb service and very friendly people, I spoke to them on the phone and found them to be very polite and helpful. The cartridges, which are not Epson’s own brand, arrived the very next day as I was told they would and they work perfectly. Will most definitely be using this company again!

I bought 2 "high capacity" toner cartridges for my Brother laser printer from Sprint Ink. The first one leaked toner into the printer, which was a big hassle to clean up and is still causing occasional problems (printer stops printing until corona wire is cleaned). The second lasted a disappointingly short time compared to the low capacity cartridge supplied with the printer.

I emailed them asking for a refund several months ago and they didn't even bother to reply.

I purchased some HP toner cartridges from Sprint-Ink which I have now used and ready to order more from them. The cartridges were excellent and did exactly what they are meant to do with clear printing. There customer service is very good, with polite friendly staff and quick to answer any questions.

This is the first time I have used sprint-ink website and I found the amount of products available was very good. I was impressed with their prices and that everything was in stock. The use of the website is easy and their prices are the cheapest I have seen. Placing my order was easy and didn't take very long. So far I am very impressed with their service and I will use again.

Possible the layout of their website could be a bit more easy on the eye, but overall I am happy with it.
