Great Customer Service And Communication, Reccomend To Every
I purchased a gift for my girlfriends for christmas, a charm for a lovelinks bracelet. The charm did not fit due to a small error on my part. Without charge Bonds simply allowed me to exchange the charm for another charm that did fit and posted it out to me within a few days of receiving my first charm back. They were in contact with me the whole way via email and were very friendly and helpful throughout.
