DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! The worst experience I ever had. I ordered a custom made wedding ring. I received a ring 1/2 size smaller, different polish on the inside, even if I insisted on that aspect, authenticity document stating the type and weight of the metals used. I contacted the shop and they accepted a reimbursement in writing. I sent back the wedding ring and bought another one the same day, being certain that this is a trustworthy seller and if they confirm the reimbursement in writing I do not have to worry. During the night I received a new message from the seller saying that they changed their mind and refuse the reimbursement. Very disrespectful discourse suggesting that maybe I have bought jewelry before from the supermarket and that is why I want to know the weight! They have the ring and the money now and no resolution yet!

The first ring we received was beautiful but not exactly what we wanted so it was returned. BFD enquired as to what we particularly wanted and said they would have one made for us. This took several weeks but was well worth the wait. Perfect and beautiful. This company is honest and describe rings exactly. We would recommend them to anyone.

On my 50th birthday in July 2017 My wonderful husband presented me with an absolutely gorgeous diamond eternity ring. He designed it himself and it is wonderful. I'm so pleased with it.

My stone has fallen out of my engagement ring and I will be returning to purchase a diamond stone. My husband said he received a great deal of help in designing my eternity ring. So I look forward to having the same advice and service.

I recently ordered an item which was supposedly in stock from Buy Fine Diamonds. They contacted to say that in fact it was not in stock. The alternative was not what I wanted or close to the order placed, so I requested a refund. Still waiting three weeks on. They will know that they legally have up to 30 days to refund, though morally the money should have been refunded immediately, especially as they could not provide the item ordered.

Not happy, as it was suppose to be a gift for someone, very disappointing.

Stunning Earrings - excellent diamond earrings - we love it and customer service and price was excellent

I am in Australia and purchased a diamond tennis bracelet online from this company. When I received it, I was happy with the quality of the diamonds but after wearing it for 4 months the bracelet broke. When I took it to a jeweller here to get fixed, he indicated that it would not be worth fixing because there were other faulty links. Two other jewellers verified this and one of them, who is a certified valuer, did an extensive examination and report that indicated that there were in fact 17 faulty links. I emailed this report to the owner who wanted me to send the bracelet back to him at my own expense with no guarantee that he would even repair the broken link, let alone the other faulty links. In spite of my efforts to negotiate a fair resolution to this problem the owner would agree to nothing except for me to send the bracelet back to him. He now refuses to respond to emails or phone calls. I am now left with a bracelet that is going to cost me $3500 to have reset because repair is not an option. Please be wary of this company - diamonds might be good but they are not safe in the substandard settings that this company manufactures. This company is not prepared to stand by its product. And please take no notice of the testimonials on their website as I have submitted this same review to that site and surprisingly, it does not appear there!! Take my advice, spend a bit more and get a decent setting for your precious diamonds.

The phone is always engaged, took over 5weeks to be able to collect my earrings when they said it would only take 2 weeks. Luckily they gave me a refund.
