Purchased my Seiko watch on 24/2 and received it the following day and free of charge. Which is an excellent service. The watch was very well packaged. It came with the Seiko documents, box and warranty card. The customer after service was exceptional as the watch was a little tight so they are sending me two links free of charge. I would recommend FCW to anybody. Very nice outfit!

The quality of the watch was superb and great value for money. It is extremely elegant, for day to day wear or for those special occasions. When the item was in stock, the speed of delivery from First Class Watches was exceptional as I received it the day after they advised me the watch was being distributed. I was extremely pleased they delivered the watch to my place of work at my request, although I wished they had remembered to take out a couple of the links as the watch was a little too big. However, it was not a problem to remove these at the local jewellers for £5.00. To be fair it would be difficult for First Class Watch to remove the links as it did need to be measured when I received this. I would highly recommend the watch to anyone and would also recommend First Class Watches :-)

I stumbled across First Class Watched while looking for ideas for a new watch for myself but planning to buy from a high street jewellers.

I found the site very easy to use and being able to speak online to an advisor very helpfull. I opted to buy my watches with the pay 4 later scheme which I again found very easy and quick.

After I placed my order I rang to enquire if it could be dilivered to another address as I wasn't going to be in to revive it. The advisor I spoke to was very helpful and changing the delivery address wasn't a problem to him. My order was placed 2pm one day and my watches arrived before 10am the next day.
