I only ever buy my ear stretchers off this website and i must admit i have never shopped anywhere else. The products are always delivered on time or before i even expect it, and to amazing quality. Every now and again the website gives out promotional codes to everyone. Which of course is better than nothing.

Great value for money. Can't find the same products cheaper anywhere else.

Overall i know for a fact i will always shop here, and i honestly can't find anything bad to say about it.

I have placed several orders with Jo Bananas over the last few years and have always received excellent service. The staff are friendly and always respond to my Emails within 24 hours. My orders have arrived very quickly and have always been of high quality. It is great that I can finally buy pretty belly bars in 6mm as they are very hard to find. I have told my friends about this site and they have all been equally impressed.

The selection of navel jewellery on Jo Bananas site is excellent but having bought 2 items both with stones and having both lose more than one of the stones within 6 months. I am rather disappointed at the quality of the product and their customer service. When I emailed to explain the issue they were not interested or prepared to replace the faulty products citing that use may have been too heavy (!)

Jo Bananas are a really nice company to deal with, delivery was one day after ordering and although a wrong size item was sent through, the mistake was rectified without fuss or delay.

I was around 5 months pregnant when I began to feel my gold banana bar getting uncomfortable and sticking out. I decided to buy some retainers from Jo Bananas so I don't have to loose the piercing. I read up on PTFE and it sounded ideal being flexible etc. They weren't cheap considering they are just a tiny piece of plastic but at least they were fancy, unlike the plain retainers on sale for use in pregnancy/ hospital etc.

Maybe I was unlucky but one of my purchases had a big chip out of the jewel, I e-mailed the company and they replaced it for me - no problem. All seemed well and good until the replacement came and low and behold! that had a crack running through one of the balls! Again I e-mailed them and returned the product wishing for a replacement but they denied there was anything wrong with it and did not send me a replacement, or an apology and further more they did not refund my postage, yet it was faulty! Even if it was being damaged in the post it does not matter they should be ensuring their products are arriving in excellent condition-i.e. well packed to avoid damage in transit!

Do they not realise that customer satisfaction goes a long way?- For that reason alone I would not recommend this web-site to anyone.
