I should have read the reviews about Links customer service before I made an order . I ordered an item for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I left plenty of time and paid via PayPal. I opened an online account as we now live in France. The postage was huge but I deemed it was worth it under the circumstances. I duly received a confirmation e mail informing me that the item would be with me in a few days.

A week later I had heard no more and my PayPal account showed the payment pending. I contacted Links and waited for a reply. Nothing. I sent a second e mail and they responded asking me to phone them or give a number I could be contacted on. This I duly did. Two hours later my mobile rang. That was not the number I had asked to be contacted on.

The caller was totally disinterested. She said that because it was my first online order the item had to be sent to my billing address. She just could not understand why that would be a problem. It is fair enough to do that but make it clear at the time of ordering. She also said that they had sent me an e mail informing me. That was not true. She also said that I would receive an e mail confirming my cancellation of the order within 20 minutes. Nothing arrived.

I will not be wasting my money with these people again, their service is appalling and they really do not give a hoot. Avoid the online shop at all costs.

I bought this bracelet for my baby. very cute!!I like the design very much for that the length is adjustable.There is a rabbit pendant on it, and my little daughter is rabbit too.I will buy more.
