ordered a mothers day necklace and after three weeks of chasing for refund via email (no contact phone number) I have been asked to exchange the item.

I am awaiting their next email and then will seek legal advise.

i purchased a necklace recently and within 2 weeks the stone had fallen out, then within days of this happening the chain broke. I e-mailed my necklace.co.uk, who responded straight away to my complaint, promising to sent an envelope to return the faulty necklace and they would rectify the problem. This was over 2 weeks ago and I am yet to receive any envelope. I have sent a further e-mail a week ago and my necklace.co.uk have not replied back !!!!!
