I phoned looking for a certain watch, I was called back within 15 minutes and they organised to get the watch in to view from Panerai for me. I was called 4 days later to say the watch had arrived and ready to view.

No pressure in store to buy and received excellent service and walked away with the watch.

Would use again.

Purchased as a gift for my partner and although they were not the cheapest online I was a little nervous about dealing with some of the other websites as they did not have a retail shop.

Transaction was seamless and my partner is very happy with his new toy!

I had been looking at buying a IWC Pilot watch since 2009, but had been torn between that and a Breitling watch. I am the first to admit I am quite indecisive and like to do my research first, look into the specs of the watch in great detail and getting feedback from forums before making a watch purchase.

Having done all this I visited a few London retailers but none had the Pilot watch I wanted in stock, until I got to the Gallery. I spent the best part of 3 hours sitting in their downstairs room looking at a lot of watches and I think its fair to say I found someone even more obsessed with the watches than me in Tony, the store manager. His enthusiasm for watches was genuine and he was a pleasure to talk too.

I ended up walking away with the IWC pilot watch, silver dial on the brown crocodile strap and Tony is going to order me from a spare strap from IWC. Very happy customer, sitting here at my desk reading the watch manual!

I have never made the effort to write a review a before, but after spending 2 hours in The Watch Gallery store drinking champagne and talking watches, I feel the level of customer service offered was fantastic and worthy of the effort.

I wasnt even looking to make a purchase today but I had such a good time I got carried away in the moment. Big thanks to Rudy there who was brilliant, hes getting me "other" watch repaired as well.
