They sell stones they don’t have and can’t get.

They only have what you see, it will need to be resized.

Orders are not fulfilled.

Stones are not GIA certificated, they use their own system. You won’t get what you’re paying for.

Suppliers are not being paid. Staff are being paid late.

Staff lie daily to customers and suppliers.

A bad review may get you somewhere…

VASHI is where I got my engagement ring. One lady made the entire process simple and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could make an informed decision. She spent a long time guiding me through my options, and I appreciate her patience! I had a fantastic customer experience and would definitely suggest VASHI.

I ordered a custom engagement ring from Vashi, initially I had a virtual meeting and then went in the store to order my customised ring on the 29th April. I noted I needed the ring by the 10th June and was informed there is roughly a 3 week turnround for the ring creation. In week four I started chasing for progress on the ring creation, but just received several holding responses from Vashi. On the 3rd of June I was informed the ring might not be ready in time, obviously this was shock to me especially as I needed the ring for the specified date which left me having to search around for another ring last minute. This was 5 weeks after I ordered it.

I did receive a refund but no rationale as to why the ring took so long to make the ring or why I had to keep chasing for a response as to when the ring would be created by. Considering the importance of the purchase and the cost, Vashi severely let me down and provided an appalling lack of transparency. At no point was I informed the ring might not be ready for the date I specified. This whole experience caused me a great deal of stress so I won't be using Vashi ever again.

I purchased a diamond jewellery from vashi and it is great. Quality of product is excellent. Price is affordable. Huge collection with wide variety. Recommended to friends and family. Customer service is helpful and knowledgeable.

Re rating my experience

I recently posted a review about the bad experience I had with Vashi. The company has contacted me and explained the problems they were having with suppliers. We discussed that if they had simply explained I would have been happy to wait but instead I was given weak excuses. The result is they are addressing my concerns and taking on board my comments. I feel they listened to the feedback and will use it positively to improve their service. For their honesty and efforts to resolve my issues and improve their service I am happy to re rate them

14 days delivery - not next day delivery!

Vashi are saying on their website next day delivery is available, which is not true.

After several phone calls to chase my £5000 order I was eventually told the truth; that even though the website says next day delivery, it will actually take 14 days for delivery.

When I suggested this should be changed, I was told there are no plans to change what it says on the website!

For such a valuable, emotional and important purchase, this is totally unacceptable and against trading standards.

Ridiculous - order cancelled and taking my business elsewhere.

We had a great experience at Vashi. The customer service is very personal. They are respectful and helpful in finding the right ring at the right price. We are really glad that we came to Vashi, and would highly recommend it for everyone else.
