Do Not Deal With This Company!!
Ordered a strap for my Gshock and had it sent to my address in Australia. Strap was the wrong kind and quite frankly really cheap material. Contacted Watch Battery and they were terrible to deal with. They insisted that their system did not send out the wrong strap and when I raised a paypal debate and sent the strap back at my expense Watch Battery offered me a part payment in return and were refusing to pay the initial postage to Australia (which I had paid for!!) Paypal eventually paid the full repayment themselves. Unbelievable, four weeks and I was money down and still never received a strap. Will never deal with this company again
We of course are sorry you feel so aggrieved over this matter. The facts are that we supply genuine Casio watch straps supplied by Casio UK and have done so for more than a decade. We have dedicated Account Manager at Casio HQ in the UK. Note that each Casio watch strap is unique for each particular watch so the choice of strap relies on the customer correctly identifying their Casio watch model. If the quality of the strap from the manufacturer is not expected then the strap can be returned, but the cost of that return must lie with the purchaser. We have never had complaints about the quality of Casio watch straps as the Casio quality control is really excellent. The only queries we tend to get is regarding slight differences in colour and this is usually because the customer straps colour may have changed during many years of use and the new replacement appears different. We hope that this clears any misunderstanding.

I bought a watch strap that was supposed to be genuine leather. It was stiff and felt and looked like plastic. It broke after 4 months of very minimal use (approx once a week).
We have only just become aware of this review and feel the need to respond. We are official suppliers of genuine Timex and Casio watch straps and have a very good relationship with the parent companies. Any strap which prematurely fails can be returned to us and we can send it to Timex or Casio for analysis and they will replace if the quality is found to be sub standard. This particular strap is genuine leather and appears plastic due to the shiny finish on the leather.
We are a small family run business and pride ourselves on good customer service. We will always try our best to sort any issues with products which you have bought from us.

Great Service
I needed an inexpensive replacement battery for my watch and had a look on eBay. Having read some negative feedback regarding non delivery and short expiry dates I decided to take a chance elsewhere.
After some googling I came across www.watchbattery.co.uk. They had UK contact details - address, phone, and are also registered at companies house - so seemed OK.
The website provides all the necessary information to find a compatible watch battery. I ordered online Friday 28th Feb 2013 choosing 2nd class delivery and the goods arrived Monday morning in a small jiffy bag.
The battery came in a sealed blister pack, expiry date of battery was August 2015, so no issues with longevity.
Now have a working watch again, and saved a few quid fitting myself :)
Will definitely order from www.watchbattery.co.uk in the future.

I ordered the wrong battery. Not only did watchbattery agree to replace the battery, after advising me of the correct one, but, because of the urgency of my situation, they sent the new battery with a prepaid envelope for me to return the original -after- I received the new one.

Good Prices And Very Quick Delivery
I needed a couple of watch batteries for some watches I had lying around. I went to the WatchBattery site and found their cross reference table with a link to the batteries I needed. Good price, reasonable postage cost and they arrived the next day for £1.50 deilvery!
The good thing about this site too is that you don't have to register with them. Their shopping cart allows you order without the ball ache of registering. That's a plus.

I Needed A Replacement Rubber Strap For My G-shock
I needed a replacement rubber strap for my G-shock watch and this site had loads of new replacement straps for ALL G-shock watches ( and nearly every watch under the sun) Web site was easy to navigate, ordering was easy, delivery was on time, (about 3-4 days if my memory serves me correct)but I think other postage rates were available, mines was standard.
Overall I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use this site again, very impressed.

I Ordered Two Px400 Batteries From Www.watchbatter
I ordered two PX400 batteries from www.watchbattery.co.uk, as i had some problems getting them from another company. These guys, however, turned out to be excellent. The batteries were delivered very quickly, and their price was much better than the previous company i had ordered from.
They specialise in batteries, and seem to have a good range of the more uncommon stuff, so i expect i will be making use of them again in the near future. Don't be put off by the name, as well as watch batteries, they do camera batteries, phone batteries, and various rechargeables.
The site layout seems a bit clunky at first, but i think they have deliberately avoided making it too fancy. All the necessary info is there, and it is easy enough to use. Very reasonable P&P charges too.
Highly recommended, no complaints.
I like to check any company I am thinking of purchasing from to see if other people have used them and been satisfied with the service and quality of the product.
