Well what can I say, absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered a watch from them, the limited edition Michael kors Paris runway watch to be exact, only to recurve it and it's two watches combined! Has the New York face which is the other limited edition model and the Paris back! What the heck happened there?! Email them and they say 'deeply sorry for that, it's a manufacturing fault' well I know that's complete rubbish as it know full well that there was only 2000 of these watches made worldwide so where has this one come from? Obviously a fake they have made up in there shoddy little corner of a shop I suppose. Now I'm left with a watch I can't use it give as a Christmas present a intended. Had to source another one and cost me more money to put this right. My advice? If you can visit them in person, go! Bad bad company.

Bought a Michael korrs watch for my wife for Mother's Day which was showing in stock and next day delivery but still not received 2 days later so rang up and was told that it was out of stock and would take 3-4 weeks yet on website it states if it says in stock then it will be in stock and also if item out of stock then they will inform you straight away but what a load of bull, they do a price match and my feeling is that they say it's out of stock when they price match as they know that you probably won't wait a month for your item and you will cancel which saves them money.

bought a watch at xmas ,strap needed links out , so as they stated they would give £5 cost towards Timpson service , sent the bill to watch depot, 3 months later , nothing.

It was easy to use....there was lots of choice and really fast delivery!!! My product was nicely presented and I will definitely buy from this site again,i paid with my card and it was safe and I had no problems to use it.

If you are looking for a place with.good products,good price and fast and reliable delivery this is definitely the right place!!!

I ordered a beautiful watch for my wife for Christmas, after lots of research as you do when internet shopping, I found that Watch Depot had some very positive feedback, when people say if it's too good to be true then walk away in Watch Depot's case... believe what you see.

The whole service, product and price were excellent and could not be faulted.

I ordered a Diesel Watch for my partner for Christmas and he loved it! The watch was delivered immedietly and was just as described/ looked in the photo. I am very happy with the product and would certainly recommend to a friend :)

I looked for the watch I wanted in high street stores but it was out of budget so I searched online, Watch Depot was by far the cheapest.

I'm not one to write reviews on websites but I was so impressed with Watch Depot I thought I'd share it.

I ordered my Diesel watch as a Xmas present on Sunday evening, first thing Monday I was told it had been despatched. I then received confirmation of delivery for Tuesday which was received by both email and text with options of leaving it with a neighbour or changing the date. I received a text to confirm the time it would be delivered an this was kept.

The watch came in perfect condition with correct packaging and paperwork.

Very impressed and would definitely use again, I have the watch I want for the price of the lesser model in the high street, bargain!!

Can't believe these idiots.

I specifically ordered and paid extra for a watch to be delivered for my brothers 30th birthday. Alas it didn't arrive on time, there was no email to say that it had been delayed and I only found out that it would be late when I called them and spoke to a rude customer representative the day before his birthday.

She put me through to another rude manager, whom informed me that it would not arrive until the day after his birthday. I asked if I could get it couriered or sent faster...no way.

What a massive prat.

Avoid like the plague!

saw this watch in Meadowhall for £87 in the sale!! saw it on the watch depot site for £58.99 and ordered it the next morning ans as promised it was delivered on time the very next day. really happy with all aspects of watch depot will definitely revisit.
