Do Not Buy-disgraceful!!

There are many bad things about this phone and nothing good.Please if you are looking to buy a phone off here DO NOT!!! It is appauling. I cannot connect to any network (apart from my home network). When i try to download anything it wont let me. It is terribly slow and i have to turn it off and restart it almost every week and it is just 1 year new-do you really want a phone that hardly works in the first year? NO!!!! They are supposed to pay me back 200 pounds every 6 months but no i don't get that money!!!! I have wasted my money whilst they are trying to get in filthy money from everyone. Please again do not buy!!!!I talked to them and they said talk to EE yet they are supposed to resolve my money. Therefore i tried just dimly ending the contract however they are not letting me. Lastly I would never recommend this to anyone including to whom is reading this.

Not Get Right Commision For Selling Sim Cards

we are mobile accossories and we selling elite sim cards we just selling every day 5 to 10 vodafone sim cards we sold and after 2 months from start we get no vodafone sim sold and we havnot come any commission for vodafone we talk with the customer service girl her name is amma and she said this all atomatic we cannot do any thing this is really stupit u have to talk with the vodafone and sort this out because u are the dealer we are dealing i suggest the people not to go with dail a code

Brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant company with fab customer service, thought my order hadn't been processed but just hadn't been updated and customer services were fantastic and very polite. Was all sorted and phone arrived day after ordering it and they rang again to make sure all was okay. Would definitely use again

have to wait 15 days to get a pac code to transfer my number, I have had ee and dIAl aphone on the phone together with ee confirming DIALPHONE HAD NOT REQUESTED THE PAC CODE. VERY POOIR SERVICE

A Complete Disgrace Of A Company !!!

Have had nothing but problems with this company on trying to cancel my contract off of there system which I had done on time of being asked and they have accepted that I had done that but some did not contact my phone company on time of cancellation and now I have been charged over the odds for a contract and phone I do not own. They are constantly making excuses over how they need to receive an email from the phone company and that when they did recieve a email. There was human error involved in sending back conformation of cancellation. I have been told over and over that the issue will be sorted out in 24-48hours and that I would be contacted by an advisor, I have never been contacted by them. I was always the one contacting them always getting told that it would then take 3-5 working days to be processed and nothing ever gets done. This has been over 2 months now and still no progress. The worst company I have ever came across.

Deceiptful Inclusion Of Technical Cover Insurance

DO NOT USE DIALAPHONE, when you take the contract out they will add tech cover from TMTI (adding the cover as a free months cover with further payments of to be taken unless cancelled). this cover is not in the initial agreement it is added to the small print of your welcome email. They do it because they take a part of the fees charged by TMTI.

DO NOT TRUST DIALAPHONE - THEY ARE DISINGENUOUS SNEAKY AND WILL RIP YOU OFF

I ordered a phone yesterday and a new tariff but staying with same network.

I decided to change my mind and get a different phone on a slightly higher tarif. I called dialaphone this morning to get this cancelled and was told "it's too late the order has gone through we have already contacted your network and set up the new tariff and sent out the phone." I explained that there must be a 7 day 'cooling off' period as with all contracts. They told me no it stated on the website I was not able to cancel and I went ahead with the order so it's too late the contract is in place.

I called my network and they told me "don't worry it hasn't actually gone through yet so we can cancel this and we are happy to change this to the tariff you want", I called dialaphone back and explained that it hadn't gone through and has been cancelled therefore no contract is in place, they informed me that as the phone had been sent I would now owe them for the phone! I said I would be returning the phone and they said if I did they would just keep returning it back to me as it was made quite clear that they don't accept returns when I made the order. I informed them that this was not actually legal and I have the right to return the phone but they were extremely rude and insisted they would just keep sending the phone out which they would want paying for.

Please do not make the same mistake I have made. Order from a company which comply with the law and are not as unbelievably rude as Dialaphone are!

Got A Good Deal

Ordered an htc oneS on an Orange contact for my wife (315.50 pm). Good monthly price made sweet with cashback. Waited about 10 days for delivery, no problems, so ordered another one for my daughter and got an even better deal and 20 pounds for referring a 'friend' number. Second phone took a little less time to arrive I think, and I'm very happy as the deal makes the phone effectively free with me paying less than I used to for just the airtime with tescos then with the Orange deal where she has 100 mins, 250mb and unlimited tetxs.

A year later the cashback is a bit of a faf but worth doing, every six months or so I get two cheques from them but do have to write and send off my monthly statements.

18 months later a 'friend' ordered a google Nexus 5 on such a great deal (£17pm free phone 500 mins, 250mb data unlimited text)it was withdrawn the next day that I checked their website. Still it was delivered when they said it would be. About a two or three week wait though but no one anywhere had this phone in stock. I was convinced they would find a way not to honour the contract, but they were good to their deal, The same contract reappeared on their website a day or two after I ordered but without a free phone and £150+ upfront costs. Today it's not available at all. Oh and another £20 'refer a friend' in the bank. So many negative reviews out there on this company that it almost put me off ordering from them. So glad I did though. and I will order again if they keep putting such 'daft' offers up.

Avoid Like The Plague

Ordered a Nexus phone 5 weeks on still no phone, and now I am being told it will be at least another month.

Asked for it to be cancelled and refunded, but they would not do it unless I call a 0800 number and talk to an account manager. Presumably so they can talk me out of it or make me buy something else.

Wouldn't be so funny, except that number is constantly engaged.

In end had to get ask my bank to get the money back.

Worst Experience Ever

I was so excited when I decided to get an iphone 4 contract and found a great deal on dial a phone! I ordered the phone at the start of October and two months later after promises of refund and 3 replacement orders I still haven't received a phone! To say im disappointed is an understatement, I feel totally dissatisfied and angry at the fact that ive talk to probably the whole company by now and even when I go to cancel the order completely they say they'll ring me back after investigation and I don't hear a word! Do not buy from this website.

How long does it take for the phone to be fully working? I have the network symbol next to the signal bars but can't call or text.

It varies depending on the provider. For example I find my o2 picks up signal pretty quickly but EE ones takes a while.

But what you are describing sounds like there is a problem with your SIM or phone.

Make sure you have activated your SIM as it will not work until done so successfully.
