A customer service representative at Live Telecom online mobile phone shop, advised me that the phone I had ordered wasn't in stock. I asked when it would be delivered, and was told a few days. I asked to speak to a supervisor to confirm a delivery date. I then spoke to an incredibly obnoxious person (a supervisor), who told me he could not fulfill the order and hung up on me.

Customer service representitives mislead you. Slow delivery. Nobody answers telephone after waiting for over an hour. No communication at all after order has been placed (no confirmation of dispatch etc).

Worst company I have ever dealt with!

I have used Live Telecom on a couple of occasions to supply handsets and have always found it a good experience. One handset, a Siemens arrived in a 'less than satisfactory' state but when I contacted Live Telecom they replaced it straight away and were very apologetic. My latest purchase is the best so far though! I ordered a handset yesterday at 5.13pm and as it was so late in the day I assumed that I wouldn't get delivery for a couple of days. I was wrong! It arrived here by DHL courier this morning at 10.44am! Excellent service!

With so many people ready to complain about internet suppliers I thought it was time to mention one that is setting good standards and, I'm sure like me keeping its customers more than happy. Well done Live telecom!
