Do Not Use This Company

We sent our iPad to mblue for repair on 18th October, we paid extra for the 24hour rapid repair service but, over three weeks later, our iPad was returned in exactly the same condition as when we had sent it. We have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions but have had no response. We will now be contacting Watchdog and Action Fraud to try to prevent this happening to others.

I sent my device for a repair it came back even more broken than what was broke on it which was just a glass. Million excuses and lost money. If you value you beloved phone or tablet, then please research this company as make sure you are sending to them as they operate under different names and alias over the internet. Always pay with your credit card and if things go wrong then ask your bank to charge back as companies like these are no good and they done have any form of training in technical matters and probably watch you tube tutorial videos and carry out repairs. At the end its up to you if you kike risking your expensive device in the hands of people like this.

Warranty Repair

I used mblue to fix my cracked iphoen screen and received my phone within a couple of times back and repaired. A few months later my screen started to get loose on the sides so I send my phone back in for a warranty claim. I got my phone back in couple of days all repaired with no charge. Communication was great and would recommend mblue and use them again.

Awful-!!!

Cracked screen and phone wouldn't turn on, so used this company, as I had before...

Awful service this time, would avoid & warn everyone to avoid them too-!!

2 & 1/2 months it took to get my phone back to me, every time either me or my parents rang, we were given excuses as to why the phone couldn't be sent out, even being told they had sent it out but upon ringing them found out it hadn't with more stories... Awful communication on the account on the website, so had to ring but were sometimes rude on the phone...

I finally have my phone back & at the moment, everything seems okay...

Disgraceful Service - Essentially Stolen Our Property.

We have done business with MBlue for nearly a year, and the quality of the work has degrading during this time. Work has come back faulty, and some have not come back at all. We currently have 6 iPads outstanding with them, some since December/January.. and they will not return our devices.

All promises but no delivery. Although the two guys I dealt with have both reassured me these devices will be returned, it has now been 4 months and it will most probably still be longer.

I would NEVER suggest using this company as they have lied time and time again.

Don't fall for their catchphrase, because it is another one of their stories.

"Post Today, Fixed Returned For Monday/Tuesday!" .. Ha! Of which month of which year MBlue? Some communication would be great.

I think they have actually gone out of business. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Avoid Like The Plague

A very simple review.

After cancelling my repair the very next day after sending the money, with hindsight stupid I know , I requested a refund. I received an e mail stating money would be refunded , not a problem.

After waiting two weeks and no refund I phoned the company and was told there must have been a problem in processing the refund but it would be done immediately.

Two weeks further on and still waiting I have put the matter into the hands of my credit card company who are investigating.

Checking my credit card statement , the actual payment had been taken three times ! ! This is also being investigated.

Conclusion, keep well away from Mblue.

Terrible

This company has had my phone for more than 3 weeks now, and every time I eventually get through I am told a different excuse as to why. I was told that due to the Chinese New Year that no parts would arrive for 3 weeks. Then I get told one week that the part had arrived and they would have it out to me for next Monday. That day came and went and I called again only to be told that it was still there and they didn’t know why it wasn’t sent and would get back to me by the end of the day. 3 Weeks and still waiting for my phone to come back. I have not been offered any kind of good will gesture for this incompetency.

Furthermore their phone operating is terrible, twice I have had to wait in excess of an hour before the call was answered. I had asked in all phone calls that they update me via the tracking service that they offer but I still end up calling them becaise they don't.

I can not confidently recommend this company.

The Worse Company

Previously used this company a few years ago after my little one dropped their Nintendo 3ds, they ruined it scraped the interior and replaced the cracked screen with what looked like a cheap piece of plastic. I was furious when it returned. I eventually sent the day to the actual Nintendo who repaired it, conducted an internal and external exam for just over £80.00, they also gave me a years warranty so that if later developed a fault or it broke they would fix it free of charge. Beware of this company. Complete and utter waste of money. All the 5* reviews must be from friends and family or they've written it themselves.

I sent my Sony z2 for a screen replacement by fast track. They received it last Monday, 19th and I have heard nothing since. The tracker now no longer recognises my invoice no when I try to track it. They don't answer my emails or answer the telephone. Has this happened to anyone else?

They said I could drive 4 hours to pick my phone up from my home address.
