Thought it was vodafone through samsung for a 12mth simo but end up being 48mth through mobileshop.com & unable to access their site just showing the logo which is very strange think it may be a sham leading honest hard working people think it's a 12mth the they roped in for 2yrs for what I thought for device from Samsung & simo from "Vodafone" 1k all in ni it turns out I'm gonna be 2k once contract finishes trying yo get in touch with them atm raging.com is more like it

No S22!

Samsung S22 ordered a week ago but no signs that they actually have one available. No one to speak to just redirection to the Samsung site that says that the phone may be available next month!

I have ordered phone and SIM contract one the 1st of December I was waiting for delivery confirmation and after 8 days I received message my phone will be delivered on the 23rd December are they serious or making fun with customers when I connect to customers services they refused to any help and they were very rude please avoid

Waist Of Money And Time,avoid!

Ordered my phone Sunday.

By Wednesday no phone and no update.

sent email in response got phone number to call.

Obviously 30 min wait just to be told my phone is on its way, next day no phone delivered. Email mobileshop again just to get same number to call.

You can walk in to any shop get phone there and then. it wont be much more to pay.

Awful company to deal with, I thought by using them I was dealing with Samsung direct, you are lured in with decent phone prices but it ends there.

Forget the promise of next day delivery, spent two days sending them bank statements, photo ID etc for the order to be approved (and money immediately taken) then nothing, sits at awaiting shipment.

Contacting them is like getting blood from a stone, all Indian call centres and you can't understand a word they are saying but the gist is that they can't give you a despatch date as its 'out of our hands' and only Samsung can do that, so you try and get hold of Samsung with the same results, several false promises of emails that never turn up.

Finally after a week I escalated to the Samsung UK ceo and you've guessed it, you end up with a call from a manager from the Indian call center who yet again just reiterates that nobody can suggest when you'll get it as its out of stock as the S21 is so popular!?

After getting nowhere for over 30 minutes I cancelled, went to Mobile Phones Direct and within 20 minutes the new phone was approved and despatched!

Took Them More Than 4 Months To Send Me A Replacement Phone!

This is a review that mobileshop actually reported to trustpilot and it was removed, so I'll post it here as a warning to everyone (note: it's from 2017):

4 months later, I'm still waiting to get my phone. I highly do not recommend shopping.

I had high hopes for this shop, seeing how affordable phones are compared to shops in Croatia, but I fear all the trust I put in the staff is gone.

DELIVERY:

I didn't expect it to come in the 48 hours or so as it was advertised, knowing that complications could arrive at any time, and it arrived roughly 5 days after the order was placed as a weekend was caught in between. When I opened the package, the first thing I noticed was that the seal had been broken BUT the bag it came in was absolutely intact. In other words, the seal must've been broken before shipping. I noticed this had happened to other customers as well and I still do not know why. They sent me the wrong model as I received the Hong Kong version of the phone and not the European one. It might seem trivial, but the official Samsung Support Center staff said they would have to refuse me if I would come with that phone since it hadn't been made for this market.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT:

Now, this is my main issue. The phone suddenly died somewhere in mid July, so I contacted the customer support in Croatia and they gladly led me through the process of verifying whether the phone was eligible for repairs or not. I received an email on 1st of August that my phone reached the repairs shop in Hungary and that estimated time for repairs is rougly 30 days. Fine. So I waited. More than a month later, I sent them an email again, asking simply how long it would take to get the phone fixed. They replied it would be done on next Monday and to wait until then. 3 weeks later I sent them an email again, which THEY IGNORED. Then 10 days later, I sent another one, which was ignored AGAIN. Acerbated by the treatment, I kept calling the customer service because the line was constantly busy. Finally, after I somehow managed to reach them, I told them what the problem was and they immediately said I would receive a reply that afternoon. The conclusion was that my phone could not be fixed and that they would send me, if I wished, a newer model of the phone in exchange. I confirmed I was fine with that, hoping they would send it soon. 10 days later I sent another mail, because oh wonder, the phone was nowhere to be seen. I asked for a tracking number so that I could track the parcel since it hadn't arrived yet, but seemingly, no one saw the email. So a week later, on October 31st, I sent them another mail and received a reply that they didn't have the white version in stock. Already tired of waiting, I said that any colour would be fine (just give me my damn phone that I paid for already).

But..

No reply again. So I sent another email on November 9th, asking what the problem was since my phone was nowhere to be seen. The reply said that they, apparently, did not receive my confirmation email. Alright. The whole thing again, all over again. I said I was fine with any colour, they said they would make a reservation for my phone, they did, and they said I could expect it the next week. That week passed, nothing. Absolutely nothing happened. The phone did not arrive. 3 days ago, I sent another email asking where the parcel is, I got no reply. I sent another email today and am still waiting to have someone reply back to me.

To conclude, I shall never shop at mobileshop again, and I highly recommend anyone to save themselves the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Expect Overcharging And Incredibly Inept Customer Service

Been overcharged £8 per month since the contract started in September. Bought this to their attention in January and was told that the issue will be corrected and I would be credited the monies owed.

I am still being overcharged and haven't received a penny from them.

Wen't to Three directly to sort out the matter and they reduced my bill to the amount MobileShop.co.uk sold it to me for, stating that MobileShop had messed up.

I went back to MS to get my account credited for the amount owed and all they keep stating is that my bill will now be correct.

I had to spend my time sorting out problems caused by their stupidity, they owe me money, and have done since day 1 of the contract, and their customer service is completely useless, only able to tell me what I have achieved by sorting it in the past 7 days!

DO NOT USE THEM!

Bad Customer Service And 28day Policy Is Null And Void

Bought my mobile from them and the phone was not working after 20 days. I called them to resolve the issue and replace the phone as in their policy it says they will replace original within 28day receiving the phone. However when i spoke to customer services they refused to take back the phone and issue a new one. This makes them fraudulent and bogus after the fact of taking my money. I would not recommend them to anyone as it's a waste of money. My advise would be to purchase your phone in a shop or another website

Very Good, Would Recommend.

Firstly I would like to say that I had broke my Note 3 and therefore looked for a new phone contract. Mobileshop.com was the cheapest to offer me the Note 4 on Three. After ordering it and then reading reviews, I got panicky but decided to see how things played out. I ordered my Note 4 at 6:33pm and it had arrived 5:51pm the following day. Had a confirmation email about the contract and then another confirmation email a few hours later stating the phone had been dispatched for next day delivery. No issues with the order, would highly recommend for future purchases. I later found out that they are affiliated with Buymobiles.net in which my husband had taken out a contract with no problems. I am shocked at the poor reviews on here, and have uploaded my review to trustpilot also. So if anyone is panicking after reading the negative reviews. Do not panic, there could be various reasons which could be down to the phone only just being released and therefore delays beyond their control etc. No company is perfect and most people tend to not leave reviews unless they have had a bad experience, hence why I am sharing my positive experience so others know that this company is decent.

Do Not Use

phone was not new and did not receive calls. I returned phone within 14 day cooling off period but mobile shop did not cancel my contract. I am now liable for £720 2 year contract with no phone.

I state again DO NOT USE.
