Good deal. Cashback sent with no difficulty. No recommendation cashback arrived though. If you have a problem with the order, it is almost impossible to get a response. The One Stop Phone Shop sales line has plenty of staff (and is freephone), while customer service never answer. I would be prepared to use again, bearing all this in mind, but prefer Mobileshop.com for the full service. If the offer is exceptional, it's worth the effort; if not, go elsewhere.

I ordered a mobile though the www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk website and when i tracked it online it got cancelled. Calling customer care ( waiting time at least 20 minutes all the day) I was told that the order has been converted from web order to telephone order. Not only that I have no idea of the money which My friend was suppposed to get back for reffering the website.

Thats doesn't seems to be a big issue I believe, but the worst part is that booking the phone on 23rd I got it delivered on 6th next month and today its 14th and sim is still inactive........I have no word other then to say the shop is pathetic.

NEVER BUY ANY GOODS FROM THIS SHOP. After sales support is really bad..
